2月24日，中国人寿因一封员工举报信登上微博热搜。一名自称在中国人寿黑龙江嫩江支公司工作16年的员工在举报信中称，嫩江支公司总经理存在保费造假、骗保套钱谋取私利等问题。对此，中国人寿相关人士回复称，正在调查了解当中。
读罢该实名举报，不得不说，举报内容令人惊讶。像中国人寿这样的大企业，内部管理倘若真的如此混乱，内部风控倘若真的如此不堪，不仅有可能改变人们对于中国人寿这家企业的认知，还有可能改变人们对于整个保险行业的认知——设想，保险公司如果连自己的险都保不了，花钱买保险的客户又当如何呢？
梳理该员工的举报内容，主要包含两个方面：骗客户的，和骗公司的。
骗客户的路子，主要是将长期险“包装”成1年期储蓄产品，以“长险短做”的方式欺骗客户投保，第二年再安排客户统一退保。本应回馈给客户的礼品和答谢活动等，也被经理想办法弄进了自己的腰包。同时，窃取客户资料，伪造客户签字，作为其他一系列欺骗行为的手段。
骗公司的路子则更多。不仅以“长险短做”的方式冲业绩，套取公司各项佣金、奖励、绩效奖金，还窃取公司内部系统中的客户个人资料，以虚假入职等方式虚挂人力，骗取相应的工资津贴。伪造客户签字，以客户身份证给其他业务员做经济担保。同时，冒领回馈客户的礼品，虚开答谢活动发票，向公司报销套钱……
以上行为如果属实，被举报的嫩江公司经理，对客户已涉嫌构成诈骗罪和侵犯公民个人信息罪，对公司已涉嫌构成职务侵占罪或诈骗罪。这些犯罪行为，无不指向中国人寿内部控制中一个又一个的风险漏洞。可是，公司员工都出来实名举报了，中国人寿上层机构却貌似浑然不知。驰名商标、千亿品牌、世界500强，这些闪亮的头衔，此刻多少显得有些暗淡。
值得一说的是，这已经是该员工第二次实名举报了，上一次是2019年7月向嫩江纪检委举报，因为事情最终不了了之，才选择再次在网上公开实名举报。想不通的是，都一年多的时间了，中国人寿公司为何还在“调查了解当中”？嫩江纪检委又究竟是如何调查的？要知道，这不仅关系企业自身利益，也关系公众切身利益，更已涉嫌刑事犯罪，岂能不了了之？
“相知多年，值得托付”是中国人寿的广告语。要对得起客户的托付，就要重视客户的权益，严格内部管理，杜绝欺骗客户的行为。虽然嫩江支公司的个别行为，不足以代表整个集团公司，但是“千里之堤毁于蚁穴”，个案之外，更得引起制度层面的重视，该填补的漏洞要填补，该完善的内控要完善。
当然，这位员工的实名举报内容是否属实，尚有待调查，我们暂且无法判断真伪。但既然敢于多次出来实名举报，想必不会是毫无根据地信口胡说，否则很有可能将会承担诬告陷害的刑事责任。事实上，被举报的当事人已涉嫌刑事犯罪，在企业自查之外，监管部门和司法部门也有必要尽快介入调查，给公众一个真相。

中国人寿孙小刚回应：举报中关于他本人的问题不存在
中新经纬联系到孙小刚本人求证，孙小刚称，张乃丹在网络平台所说关于他本人的问题不存在。“她说我造假、做假保费、贪污套取资金并且占为己有均不属实，她还说我窃取客户资料、虚假增员和身价千万都不存在。”孙小刚说。孙表示，之前和张乃丹二人曾因工作问题存在矛盾，张所说的经营上不妥当的问题当地银保监局也有相关处理。“现在她的行为侵犯了我个人权益，我准备起诉她。”
银保监会官网显示，2019年12月，中国人寿嫩江支公司因虚列费用被黑河银保监分局连开4张罚单，被罚款10万元，孙小刚也被罚款10万。至于个人贪污问题，孙小刚表示，当地纪检委曾对他进行过调查，已经有调查结果，具体情况可以询问当地纪检委。
中新经纬拨打黑龙江省嫩江市纪检委电话，一位工作人员称，调查结果只能通知当事人，案件涉及到当事人隐私，不方便透露相关情况。公开资料显示，孙小刚在2018年4月到2020年7月系中国人寿保险股份有限公司嫩江支公司法定代表人。孙小刚本人也表示，自己已经从中国人寿嫩江支公司离职。

They had arrived in San Francisco, where their ship was decommissioned, and Paul bet that he would find himself a wife within two weeks. He was a taut, tattooed engine mechanic, six feet tall, with a passing resemblance to James Dean. But it wasn’t his looks that got him a date with Clara Hagopian, a sweet-humored daughter of Armenian immigrants. It was the fact that he and his friends had a car, unlike the group she had originally planned to go out with that evening. Ten days later, in March 1946, Paul got engaged to Clara and won his wager. It would turn out to be a happy marriage, one that lasted until death parted them more than forty years later. Paul Reinhold Jobs had been raised on a dairy farm in Germantown, Wisconsin. Even though his father was an alcoholic and sometimes abusive, Paul ended up with a gentle and calm disposition under his leathery exterior. After dropping out of high school, he wandered through the Midwest picking up work as a mechanic until, at age nineteen, he joined the Coast Guard, even though he didn’t know how to swim. He was deployed on the USS General M. C. Meigs and spent much of the war ferrying troops to Italy for General Patton. His talent as a machinist and fireman earned him commendations, but he occasionally found himself in minor trouble and never rose above the rank of seaman. Clara was born in New Jersey, where her parents had landed after fleeing the Turks in Armenia, and they moved to the Mission District of San Francisco when she was a child. She had a secret that she rarely mentioned to anyone: She had been married before, but her husband had been killed in the war. So when she met Paul Jobs on that first date, she was primed to start a new life. Like many who lived through the war, they had experienced enough excitement that, when it was over, they desired simply to settle down, raise a family, and lead a less eventful life. They had little money, so they moved to Wisconsin and lived with Paul’s parents for a few years, then headed for Indiana, where he got a job as a machinist for International Harvester. His passion was tinkering with old cars, and he made money in his spare time buying, restoring, and selling them. Eventually he quit his day job to become a full-time used car salesman. Clara, however, loved San Francisco, and in 1952 she convinced her husband to move back there. They got an apartment in the Sunset District facing the Pacific, just south of Golden Gate Park, and he took a job working for a finance company as a “repo man,” picking the locks of cars whose owners hadn’t paid their loans and repossessing them. He also bought, repaired, and sold some of the cars, making a decent enough living in the process. There was, however, something missing in their lives. They wanted children, but Clara had suffered an ectopic pregnancy, in which the fertilized egg was implanted in a fallopian tube rather than the uterus, and she had been unable to have any. So by 1955, after nine years of marriage, they were looking to adopt a child. Like Paul Jobs, Joanne Schieble was from a rural Wisconsin family of German heritage. Her father, Arthur Schieble, had immigrated to the outskirts of Green Bay, where he and his wife owned a mink farm and dabbled successfully in various other businesses, including real estate and photoengraving. He was very strict, especially regarding his daughter’s relationships, and he had strongly disapproved of her first love, an artist who was not a Catholic. Thus it was no surprise that he threatened to cut Joanne off completely when, as a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin, she fell in love with Abdulfattah “John” Jandali, a Muslim teaching assistant from Syria. Jandali was the youngest of nine children in a prominent Syrian family. His father owned oil refineries and multiple other businesses, with large holdings in Damascus and Homs, and at one point pretty much controlled the price of wheat in the region. His mother, he later said, was a “traditional Muslim woman” who was a “conservative, obedient housewife.” Like the Schieble family, the Jandalis put a premium on education. Abdulfattah was sent to a Jesuit boarding school, even though he was Muslim, and he got an undergraduate degree at the American University in Beirut before entering the University of Wisconsin to pursue a doctoral degree in political science. In the summer of 1954, Joanne went with Abdulfattah to Syria. They spent two months in Homs, where she learned from his family to cook Syrian dishes. When they returned to Wisconsin she discovered that she was pregnant. They were both twenty-three, but they decided not to get married. Her father was dying at the time, and he had threatened to disown her if she wed Abdulfattah. Nor was abortion an easy option in a small Catholic community. So in early 1955, Joanne traveled to San Francisco, where she was taken into the care of a kindly doctor who sheltered unwed mothers, delivered their babies, and quietly arranged closed adoptions. Joanne had one requirement: Her child must be adopted by college graduates. So the doctor arranged for the baby to be placed with a lawyer and his wife. But when a boy was born—on February 24, 1955—the designated couple decided that they wanted a girl and backed out. Thus it was that the boy became the son not of a lawyer but of a high school dropout with a passion for mechanics and his salt-of-the-earth wife who was working as a bookkeeper. Paul and Clara named their new baby Steven Paul Jobs. When Joanne found out that her baby had been placed with a couple who had not even graduated from high school, she refused to sign the adoption papers. The standoff lasted weeks, even after the baby had settled into the Jobs household. Eventually Joanne relented, with the stipulation that the couple promise—indeed sign a pledge—to fund a savings account to pay for the boy’s college education.
