混合能源管理解决方案--HES9510
混合能源系统是基于太阳能、风能、柴油发电机组、市电、储能等能源混合为一体的能源系统,其不仅可以降低用电成本,还可以提高供电系统的可靠性,可应用在海岛、边防哨所、电信基站、别墅、工商业储能等离网或并网混合能源供电系统。
HES9510混合能源控制器
HES9510混合能源控制器可用于柴油发电机组与太阳能,风能,储能电池等以逆变器做为电源输出的能源系统。它可以控制逆变电源的起/停机,输出模式,功率输出大小以及输出断路器的合分闸,也可以根据负载情况,控制系统中的发电机组的起停,为逆变电源提供旋转备用,还可以控制变流器对储能电池进行充放电管理等功能。
HES9510可应用在有市电或无市电能源系统中。控制器可控制市电、发电机组、储能电站、PV电站或风力电站使用的优先级。每种能源可单独设置优先级,优先级数值越小,优先级越高,同时也支持动态调整优先级。

在有市电的系统中,系统可由市电,光伏和柴油发电机组组成,正常运行时光伏并网发电,在市电功率限制、阶梯电价电费高等原因时,最大限度的减少市电使用。
在市电故障时,光伏和发电机组并联带载并通过对光伏输出功率的控制,使柴油发电机组以最小的功率输出,并且可以通过对光伏输出功率的控制,可以防止在和柴油发电机组并网运行时造成柴油发电机组逆功。

在无市电的系统中,系统可由光伏、风电,储能和柴油发电机组组成。白天风能和光伏带载并为储能电池组充电;晚上风能和储能电池组带载,当储能电池组电量不足时,柴油发电机组带载。
为了使整个系统的监控和操作更加便利,我们也提供HES9510-RM的整体监控系统,可通过通讯接口远程监控单台或多台HGM9510N发电机组控制器、 HGM9560机组母排与市电并联控制器、HES9510混合能源控制器,可远程实现控制器的自动开机/停机/合闸/分闸、数据测量、报警显示等功能。
HES9510功能特点
•采用硅胶面板及按键,适应环境高低温能力强;
•具有两个 RS485 通讯接口,利用 MODBUS 协议可以实现“三遥”功能;
•RS485 接口内置多种协议,可以和华为等多种逆变器通信;
•适合于三相四线、三相三线、单相二线、二相三线(120/240V)电源 50/60Hz 系统;
•采集并显示三相电压、频率、三相电流、功率以及电压谐波参数;
•母排具有缺相、逆相序检测功能,新能源具有过压、欠压、过频、欠频、不平衡电压高、波形失真度高、过流、接地故障、不平衡电流高、功率因数低、过功率、逆功率、缺相、逆相序检测功能;
•可以设置多达 4 路太阳能板通道的电压、电流、功率显示;
•采集多达三路太阳能板温度和三路光辐射照度计算 PV 的最大容量;
•具有母排正常自动合闸开机带载功能,自动软加载软卸载功能;
•两种有功控制模式(固定功率、逆变器控制),三种无功控制模式(固定功率、功率因数、逆变器控制);
•每种能源都可设置或计算额定有功功率,额定无功功率,额定视在功率;
•可以设置市电不可用,PV 电站不可用,发电机组不可用,储能电站不可用。当能源不可用时,该能源不再提供能源和旋转备用;
•允许用户对其参数进行更改设定;
•具有历史记录,实时时钟功能,黑匣子功能,可记录 5 个报警时的机组数据。

Hybrid Energy Management Solution--HES9510
Hybrid energy system integrates solar energy, wind energy, diesel genset, mains, storage energy and other energies, which not only can reduce electric cost, but also can improve power reliability. It can be applied to off-grid or grid-connected hybrid energy power supply systems such as islands, border posts, telecommunication base stations, villas, industrial and commercial energy storage, etc.
HES9510 hybrid energy controller
HES9510 controller is used for diesel gensets with solar energy, wind energy, energy storage battery in inverter as output energy systems, which can control the start and stop of inverter power supply, output mode, output size, output closing/opening of breaker, etc. It can also control the start and stop of gensets in system according to the loads, provide spinning reverse for the inverter power supply. In addition, it can also control the converter for energy storage battery charging and discharging management.
HES9510 can be used for energy system with mains or not. The controller can control the usage priority of mains, genset, storage power station, PV power station or wind power station. The priority of each energy can be set separately. The smaller the value, the higher the priority. It also can dynamically adjust priority.
Energy system with mains
In the system with mains, it is composed of mains, PV and diesel genset. In normal situation, PV is grid-connected and generating power, minimizes mains usage when mains power is limited, step tariff cost is high and other situations. When there is fault for mains, PV and genset are grid-connected with load to make diesel genset output with minimum power and prevent diesel genset from reverse power when it is grid-connected through PV output power control.
Energy system without mains
In the system without mains, it is composed of PV, wind energy, storage energy and diesel genset. During the day, wind energy and PV take load and charge for storage battery pack; wind energy and storage battery pack take load at night. When storage battery pack is insufficient, diesel genset will take load.
In order to facilitate the monitoring and operation of the whole system, we also provide the overall monitoring system of HES9510-RM, which can remotely monitor single or multiple HGM9510N genset, HGM9560 bus tie mains parallel unit, HES9510 hybrid energy controller through the communication port, and realize controller auto start/stop/close/open, data measurement, alarm display and other functions remotely.
HES9510 functions and characteristics
•Silicon panel and pushbuttons for better operation in high/low temperature environment;
•Two RS485 communication ports enable remote control, remote measuring, remote communication via MODBUS protocol;
•RS485 port has multiple built-in protocols and can communicate with various inverters such as Huawei;
•Suitable for 3-phase 4-wire, 3-phase 3-wire, single phase 2-wire, and 2-phase 3-wire systems with voltage 120/240V and frequency 50/60Hz;
•Collect and display 3-phase voltage, frequency, 3-phase current, power and voltage harmonic parameters;
•For busbar, controller has loss of phase and reverse phase sequence detection functions; For new energy, controller has over voltage, under voltage, over frequency, under frequency, high unbalanced voltage, high total harmonic distortion, over current, earth fault, high unbalanced current, low power factor, over power, reverse power, loss of phase, reverse phase sequence detection functions;
•Set up to 4 solar panel channels for voltage, current, power display;
•Collect up to 3 solar panel temperature and 3 optical irradiance to calculate maximum PV capacity;
•Busbar normal automatic closing and starting with load, automatic soft loading and soft unloading;
•Two active power control modes (fixed power, inverter control); three reactive power control modes (fixed power, power factor, inverter control);
•Each energy can be set or calculated as rated active power, rated reactive power and rated apparent power;
•The input port can be set to make them unavailable for mains supply, PV power station, gensets and energy storage power station. When the energy is unavailable, it will no longer provide energy and spinning reserve;
•Allow users to change and set parameters;
•Event log, real-time clock, black box function, which allows to record the genset data of 5 alarms.
