香港中文大学（深圳）是一所经国家教育部批准，按中外合作办学条例设立，传承香港中文大学的办学理念和学术体系的大学。以创建一所立足中国、面向世界的一流研究型大学为己任，致力于培养具有国际视野、中华传统和社会担当的创新型高层次人才。

经过八年多的发展，大学学科建设已逐步完善，现有经管学院、理工学院、人文社科学院、数据科学学院、医学院、音乐学院六个学院以及一个研究生院。截至目前，大学已开设26个本科专业，35个研究生（硕士、博士）项目。目前，来自世界各地的近万名优秀学子正在港中大（深圳）求学。

大学面向全球招聘，已建立一支具国际水准的师资队伍，截至2023年初，大学已引进世界知名教师520多位，其中包括诺贝尔奖得主5位，图灵奖得主2位，菲尔兹奖获得者1位，国内外院士近30位，国家级专家人才60余位。目前引进的教师100%具有在国际一流高校执教或研究工作经验，75%以上的教授年龄在40周岁以下，是一批具有国际视野、富有创新精神和教书育人热忱的优秀教师。

香港中文大学（深圳）建校以来，以创新驱动为指引，以粤港澳大湾区需求为导向，积极打造国际化科技创新平台，组建国家级工程实验室、广东省重点实验室等各级科研创新平台66个；承担一批重大重点项目，获省市认定创新团队11个，累计获批科研经费超20亿元；产出了一批包括Nature、Science论文在内的高水平科研成果。我校以服务国家重大战略、服务大湾区建设、服务经济建设和社会民生为导向，重点布局人工智能与机器人、数据科学与大数据技术、通信工程、数学、生命科学、药学、临床医学、先进材料、物理、化学、新能源、经济学、管理学、全球研究、心理学、翻译学、音乐表演等方向。计算机科学与技术、材料科学与工程、应用经济学、生物学等四个学科已纳入广东省高水平大学重点建设学科。

大学注重国际交流和学生国际视野的培养，截至目前，港中大（深圳）开展实质性交流与合作的境外名校伙伴已达131所，遍布世界29个国家和地区，各类国际合作项目达231个。

2023年度海外优秀人才项目申报工作已经启动，学校将为符合要求的候选人提供人才项目申报的全程服务，诚邀海内外优秀学者加盟我校。

人才待遇

1. 职位薪酬：

国际一流大学教职体系，丰厚的年薪（与香港中文大学相当）；

2. 人才补贴：

领军人才：各级政府、学校人才补贴610-950万元；

优秀青年人才：各级政府、学校人才补贴269-441万元。

3. 科研经费：

领军人才：国家级科研经费资助300万元，学校科研启动经费200-650万元；

优秀青年人才：国家级科研经费资助100-300万元，学校科研启动经费150-600万元。

4. 配套支持：

（1）科研支持：一流的办公条件、实验环境和设备支持，根据科研工作需求配备科研团队和行政秘书等，提供充裕的博士生和博士后指标；

（2）安居支持：提供校内教师公寓和政府安居房；

（3）生活配套：子女入学（附属幼儿园、小学、初中），协助解决配偶就业，除“五险一金”外，提供补充商业保险。

申报条件

申报人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或在2022年1月1日后回国（来华）工作；引进后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，并全职回国工作不少于3年。

1、领军人才：

（1）取得博士学位；

（2）在海外著名高校、科研机构担任相当于副教授及以上职务，或在国际知名企业担任高级职务的专业技术人才；

（3）在本学科取得突出成绩。

2、优秀青年人才：

（1）出生日期在1983年1月1日（含）以后；

（2）研究方向主要为自然科学、工程技术等；

（3）取得博士学位，在2023年3月15日前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求。

申报流程

1.领军人才：

项目申报截止时间预计为3月中旬，具体申报要求待官方通知。

2.优秀青年人才：

（1）符合条件的优秀青年项目申请人，可按照项目指南要求，与依托单位签订工作合同或者意向性协议，于2023年1月15日以后登录信息系统，在线填写《国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）申请书》。申请人对所提交申请材料的真实性负责。

（2）依托单位在规定的项目申请截止日期（2023年3月15日）前提交本单位电子申请书及附件材料。

Introduction of The University

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen was founded in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools upon approval by the Ministry of Education. It strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world. The University is committed to providing top-quality higher education that features an integration of the East and the West and fostering an enriching research environment. It is CUHK-Shenzhen’s mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, Chinese cultural traditions and social responsibilities.

Currently, more than 9,000 students are studying at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

Over the past eight years, the University has established seven schools, namely the School of Management and Economics, the School of Science and Engineering, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the School of Data Science, the School of Medicine, the School of Music and the Graduate School, offering 26 undergraduate programmes and 35 postgraduate programmes.

Benefits

1. Salary:

Competitive salary (similar to the Chinese University of Hong Kong);

2. Subsidy:

Leading Talent: 6.1 to 9.5 million yuan talent subsidy from governments and the University;

Young Talent: 2.69 to 4.41 million yuan talent subsidy from governments and the University.

3. Funding:

Leading Talent: 3 million yuan from national research funds, 2 to 6.5 million yuan from university research start-up funds;

Young Talent: 1 to 3 million yuan from national research funds, 1.5 to 6 million yuan from university research start-up funds.

4. Other Supports:

(1) Research: fine office and experimental environment, research team and administrative secretary are equipped;

(2) Housing: on-campus staff residential apartments and government housing;

Position Specifications

Not yet come back to China to work full-time, or come back to China to work after Jan. 1st, 2022.Successful applicants are required to work full-time for 3 years at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

A. Leading Talent:

Applicants should

(1) Have obtained a doctorate degree from a world renowned university;

(2) Associate professor or equivalent in a prestigious university or R&D institute; and/or senior technical or managerial professional in a company or financial institution international;

(3) Have achieved outstanding achievements in the field.

B. Young Talent:

Applicants should

(1) Born after Jan. 1st, 1983;

(2) Have obtained a doctorate degree;

(3) Before March 15, 2023, having no less than three years continuously research or teaching experience abroad in a prestigious university or R&D institute (exceptions will be given to applicants who have obtained the doctor degree overseas with extraordinary research achievement);

(4) Research directions are mainly natural sciences, engineering technology, etc.
