Tall 意为“高的”，short意为“矮的”。小朋友，当你想说某个人长的高矮胖瘦时，就可以用这个句型：主语+系动词（am,is,are）+tall/short/thin/fat/big/small.
如：I’mfat.You are thin.
I’mtall.You are short.
I’mbig.You are small.
语法

冠词：一（个）
放在可数名词之前，表示不确指的“一个”。
1）（非特指）的一（个）
如：Ihave a pen.我有一支钢笔。
Thereis a dog.有一只狗。
2）同类事物中的任何一个。
如：Ahorse is an animal. 马是一种动物。
2.you 代词：你，你们
如：Youare my friend. 你是我的朋友。
Areyou Jim?你是吉姆吗？
友情提示：1）you是第二人称代词，单复同行，与第一人称I在句中所做的成分相同。
2）you的主格和宾格形式相同，在句中既可以做主语，也可以作宾语，当you做主语时，系动词用are.
3）形容词性物主代词为your，“你的/你们的”。
3.Whoam I? 我是谁？
who意为“谁/何人”。从本单元起，开始学习疑问句，在第一单元中我们学的大部分句一般叫陈述句。英语当中的疑问句可分为一般疑问句和特殊疑问句。特殊疑问句大都由疑问词what（什么），who（谁），why（为什么），where（哪里），when（什么时候）来引导，所以又叫Wh-疑问句，他们都是特殊疑问句。
