各位同学大家好!


昨天谈到人体的三道防线之中,除了第一道以外,第二道及第三道都主要是靠白血球的。所以提升免疫力的方法,主要是提升白血球的「活跃度」。


在这方面我相信大家一定听过:  均衡饮食、多睡眠、多运动、及吃维生素C都可以提升人体的免疫力。最近又发现了维生素D也是很有帮助的。


特别是,研究也发现一种叫锌Xin(Zinc)的矿物质(Minerals)很重要。锌可以直接刺激我们身体内部的白血球,让它们更加活跃,更加有能力杀死病菌。所以,如照片看到,一些维生素C,已经开始加入「锌」及「维生素D」了,以提升效果。


所以维生素C以外,大家可以多留意「锌」及「维生素D」,提升免疫力。但一定要很小心,每天最多吃10mg锌,不可过量。


最后,保持乐观的心态也非常重要,因心情不好的时候,免疫力很快会下降。

Dear Students,


Of the three lines of defence we talked about yesterday, apart from the first line, the second and the third mainly rely on the activity of the white blood cells.  Thus, a key method of enhancing our immunity to pathogens is to increase the activity of the white blood cells.


In this regard, I am sure you have known that a balanced diet, more sleep, more exercises and taking Vitamin C can enhance our immunity.  Recently, people have also discovered that Vitamin D is also helpful.


In particular, research has discovered that a mineral called “Zinc” is very useful.   This is because zinc can directly stimulate the white blood cells, make them more active and be able to kill pathogens more effectively.  Hence, we now see that some Vitamin Cs are now adding Zinc and Vitamin D to it to enhance its effects.


Hence, you can pay more attention to Zinc and Vitamin D to boost up your immunity.  However, please be very careful never overdose, and not take more than 10mg Zinc each day.  


Lastly, maintaining a happy mindset is also very important, as our immunity will drop quickly if we are not.  


Hope this information is helpful to maintain high immunity for your best protection.
