什么是国会开幕大典(State Opening of Parliament)？
The State Opening of Parliament is an event which formally marks the beginning of a session of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It includes a speech from the throne known as the Queen's Speech (or King's Speech).
国会开幕大典标志着一届国会会期正式开始。英国在位君主在仪式上发表演讲，称为女王演讲（或国王演讲）。
It takes place in the House of Lords chamber[1], usually in May or June, in front of both Houses of Parliament.

State Opening is the main ceremonial event of the parliamentary calendar, attracting large crowds and a significant television and online audience. It begins with the Queen's procession[2] from Buckingham Palace to Westminster, escorted[3] by the Household Cavalry.
