UK-Chongqing Trade & Investment Cloud Conference
To strengthen UK-Chongqing cooperation after Covid-19, the British Consulate-General Chongqing and Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce will jointly hold the UK-Chongqing Trade & Investment Cloud Conference on 3rd November, 2020. Leaders from the People’s Government of Chongqing and key development zones, the delegation from British-Consulate General Chongqing, and companies from both Chongqing and UK will gather at the Cloud Conference to discuss trade, investment, and development strategies in Chongqing. Additionally, the UK delegation will discuss the UK’s advantages in the industries of infrastructure, information and communication technology, and advanced manufacturing. Companies and participants from the UK will also speak on their business development experiences in Chongqing, and their development strategies after the pandemic. The Cloud Conference aims to create an open platform for the UK and Chongqing to explore opportunities for cooperation across a range of fields.
为了加强英国与重庆在疫情之后的双边合作，英国驻重庆总领事馆与重庆市商务委员会将共同携手，于2020年11月3日举办“英国-重庆贸易投资云洽会”（简称“云洽会”）。届时，重庆市政府及相关新区领导人，英国驻重庆总领事馆代表团，和重点中英企业代表将汇聚一堂，聚焦疫情之后的重庆贸易投资环境，“成渝双城经济圈”战略解读、政策优势和发展规划。英方将分享英国在基础设施建设，信息通信技术，尖端制造业等领域的优势，英资企业在渝发展经验和疫情后英国企业在渝发展战略。“云洽会”旨在为英国和重庆双方提供一个开放共享、合作共赢的交流平台，共同探讨英国与重庆在各领域的合作，进一步加深英国与重庆的友谊。
