这就是 8 大类吃了容易放屁,或放臭屁的食物,不过,屁臭也不能全赖食物,有的食物一部分人吃了不会产生臭味的屁,另外一部分人却可能会因此放出奇臭无比的屁,这可能跟肠道菌有有关;另外发生便秘或者肠易激综合征等疾病时,放的屁也往往更臭,所以如果不管吃什么屁一直都很臭,那最好查查是不是肠道有问题。
