职位描述

This role is within the Hong Kong Operations team, responsible for cash security settlement of Hong Kong Market, mainly handling day-to-day settlement processing, interaction with middle office to resolve external and internal client queries, cash and depot reconciliation, client account opening processing. 

Trade settlement status follow up

Cash and Stock reconciliation

Stamp Duty Processing include market trade and OTC trade

Prepare client account opening documentation

Prepare payment

Prepare monthly report

Prepare SI file

职位要求

1. Strong and confident interpersonal and communication skills

2. Attention to details and logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving

3. Ability to work to strict deadlines and market regulations with a sense of urgency

4. Commitment to learn and take on challenging objectives

5. Positive attitude and team player

6. Experience in Banking/Financial operations or more particularly settlements is beneficial but is not essential
