职位描述

1. Our Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year structured program, aiming at equipping graduates with industry as well as job knowledge and practical skills to pave the way for a successful career in banking industry

2. In addition to comprehensive classroom training, trainees will to understand its operations and also cross-functional areas across related functional departments for boarder understanding of different facets of the business

3. To unleash their full potential, trainees will be given opportunities to participate in cross-departmental projects.  Experienced executives will be assigned to trainees as mentors to support and guide them along their learning journey.  Mentors will offer coaching, provide performance feedback and advice, and share knowledge/experience with trainees on an on-going basis, which help them with professional and personal development 

4. We have the following business streams inviting talents to join:

Branches (Commercial Banking business)

Corporate Banking

Product Development

Treasury

职位要求

Final year students or recent graduates (with no more than 2 years of work experience) with degree in any disciplines and the following qualities:

1. Self-motivated with leadership potential and strong drive to achieve/succeed

2. Sharp business acumen

3. Strong analytical and logical thinking

4. Good numerical reasoning (in particular for Treasury Stream)

5. Team player with good people and relationship management skills

6. Passionate in developing career in banking industry

7. Proficiency in English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin
