职位描述
At Bank of China (Hong Kong), people are our important asset. Every year, talents who are from tertiary institutions around the world join our Summer Internship Programme. Through the eight-week internship, you will be able to gain first-hand experience in the operation of one of the largest banking groups in Hong Kong, confidently laying solid foundations for your career development journey.
By matching your aspirations with the wide array of internship opportunities across our business segments, we endeavor to spur your development. To further enrich your experience, we offer a series of learning activities, including but not limited to going through the orientation session, on-the-job training, participating in the group projects, meeting with the seasoned managers.
Outstanding interns may also be given the chance to join our Management Trainee Programme or Graduate Programme upon your graduation. We welcome our interns to deepen your career relationship with us by becoming a part timer during your semesters too.

In your application, you are advised to select a total of three (3) preferred business segments or teams as listed below. While some business segments or teams within our Bank share similarities in terms of responsibilities and scope of functions, you are recommended to consider your academic background, work experience, cultural background, soft skills, competencies, career aspirations and other relevant aspects when you indicate your preferences.
Final decision of business unit assignments would be placed according to applicant's overall competences and performance demonstrated throughout the recruitment and selection process.
