职位描述

1. Record customer collection and prepare weekly collection reports

2. Handle all accounting work related to Fixed assets including budget and reforecast

3. Liaise with regional offices on day to day matters

4. Responsible for general financial accounting & assist in month end closing

5. Responsible for intercompany reconciliation

6. Perform various reconciliations of account balances, ledgers and sub-ledgers

7. Assist in annual budgeting and reforecast process

8. Assist in quarterly financial reporting

9. Assist in preparing various schedules and reports for auditing and tax purposes

10. Assist in internal audit and SOX compliance

11.Handle various ad hoc projects

职位要求

1. University graduate or holder of accounting related professional qualification

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience

3.  Proficient in MS Excel, Access and experience on PeopleSoft is an advantage.   

4.  Able to work under pressure and overtime.

5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

6. Immediately available is an added advantage.
