摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley），财经界俗称“大摩”，是一家成立于美国纽约的国际金融服务公司，提供包括证券、资产管理、企业合并重组和信用卡等多种金融服务，目前在全球27个国家的600多个城市有代表处。

香港大摩分析师的工资是平均是HKD76834的水平。但视部门和级别不同，工资范围一般在HKD42280 - HKD127000不等。

除了基本工资外，还会有额外的compensation。phone interview很简单，super day会严谨很多，主要是case study，stock valuation questions...福利待遇除了优待员工，还可以延伸到其他的家庭成员。相比其他银行，很多benefit都是业界良心！

Summer Analyst

职位描述

Assignments vary depending upon group placement, but typically include:

1. Analyzing financial and operating information relating to corporations and industries.

2. Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance.

3. Building models to depict projected financial results and to value companies.

4. Developing marketing memoranda.

5. Participating actively in the execution of financing and/or M&A transactions.

职位要求

1. You are a university student in your penultimate year of study or first-year Master’s student with outstanding academics.

2. You are a team player with a strong work ethic who thrives with confidence when faced with intellectual challenges.

3. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex data, manage multiple projects, provide complicated financial analysis and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions.

4. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to form effective working relationships through collaboration, strive for excellence and exhibit the highest ethical standards.

5. Fluency in English is required. Asian languages are preferred in AP countries outside of Australia.
