Marketing Executive (1-year Contract)

职位描述

Retail Marketing:

1. Provide active support in executing on-going/ ad-hoc promotion activities such as POP development, GWP delivery, brief-in frontline staff etc.

2. Assist to launch customer engagement programs and keep track of results

3. Handle routine retail marketing materials order and other POS material coordination with VM team

4. Support all invoicing / paper works for whole team

CRM:

1. Execute regular on-going CRM lifecycle program and coordinate monthly processes

2. Monitor the status of the roll-out of CRM program and consolidate all issues to Germany Headquarter

3. Handle in-store & off-store communication materials development

4. Support invoicing & paper works

职位要求

1. University degree in marketing or related disciplines

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in international retail brands / agencies and preferably in fashion industry

3. Solid experience in Retail marketing & CRM (both operational & reporting)

4. Proficiency in MS Excel functions (e.g. vlookup) and Power-point

5. Excellent communication and organization skills

6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin

7. Able to work independently and be a good team player

8. Good connections with agencies, suppliers and vendors

9. Immediate available would be an advantage
