职位描述

1. Contribute during planning, field work and presentation of findings in area assigned

2. Identify and assess risks, review related control structures, assess adherence to controls and recommend improvements

3. Gain deep understanding of the Businesses and technologies under review

4. Build rapport with major Business and Support functions during audits

5. Manage workload to ensure efficient delivery against agreed timeframes

6. Ability to apply audit methodology consistently on all assignments

7. Assist in a variety of bank-wide high level initiatives and special projects

8. Seek to actively participate and contribute in various training, functions/initiatives which promote your own personal development, as well as, the profile of the department

职位要求

1. Bachelor or masters degree in accounting/finance and business administration or related areas

2. Professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CA, CFA) preferred, but not required

3. At least 3 years of auditing experience, either in Internal Audit or with a professional services firm (i.e. Big 4).  Alternatively, comparable experience within a risk related area (e.g. Ops Risk Management), preferably in financial services

4. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including a understanding of emerging trends

5. Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and within a team environment

7. Self-motivated and results orientated professional
