职位描述
1. Provide extended Business and Impact analysis for accounting and regulatory reporting on Risk, Referential and Finance functional domain (IFRS, Local GAAP, Financial, Management Accounting and Regulatory Reporting)
2. Connect the dot between multiple stakeholders, locations, impacts and drive the roadmap
3. Collect, analyze and prepare user requirements. Conduct gap analysis, and provide detailed functional specifications
4. Coordinate and handle user acceptance tests
5. Assess and design the change management involved and get buy-in from local and regional stakeholders. Define training plans, organize training needed and assist in creating robust documentation of the processes, including detailed operational procedures
6. Monitor & provide reporting to highlight project progress and risks to management and projects governance
7. Coordinate actions with Regional and Global teams to leverage on other entities’ knowledge/experience and to ensure global process consistency
8. Execute the implementation plan successfully within the agreed timeframe and budget

职位要求
1. Business analysis skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to details, critical thinking, solution oriented
2. Project management skills: Ability to see the global picture, identify dependencies and risk, Stakeholders management & communication, ability to structure necessary changes
3. Soft skills: Strong command of English and formalization capacity
4. Other: Fast learner, team player, independent, ability to handle multiple tasks and functional topic simultaneously
5. PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
6. Experience in the investment banking industry on wide range of domains with a focus on regulation and financial impact
7. Accounting functional knowledge (Financial, Management Accounting, Regulatory Reporting)
8. 2 - 5 years of experience in banking industry
9. Excellent academic record- Bachelor degree in accounting and finance
10. PMP certification
