职位描述：
Join the Next Generation of Engineers in the Digital Asset Industry. The OSL Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to train and nurture the next generation of engineers in the digital asset industry, leading the transformation of tomorrow.
This is a permanent role which includes a one-year rotational program that will give you the opportunity to develop and sharpen engineering skill sets and gain meaningful career experience. During the term, you will benefit from professional training and hands-on experience with various business units which will help prepare you for a long-term career with OSL.
Graduate Trainees will work on technical projects critical to the business with opportunities to rotate among different teams. Specialized training using cutting edge technologies will be provided as you and our business grow in a fast-paced and ever-evolving ecosystem.
What you will learn:
- Foundations of OTC Trading Platform
- Regulatory briefings and other relevant Fintech developments
- Security in digital assets and blockchain
- Effective communication and engagement
- Effective business presentation skills
- Agile development methodologies
职位要求：
- Final-year Bachelor’s/Master's students or recent graduates in the STEM field
- Experience with one or more programming languages, including but not limited to: Node.js, Java, Python
- Technology savvy, inquisitive and innovative
- Passionate about blockchain technology and digital assets
- Self-motivated and a team player
