Meng Li is our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors and has served as our chairman since our inception in 2016. Since 2016, Mr. Li has served as the Chairman of Shenzhen Qianhai Guochuang Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. During his tenure, Mr. Li has served more than 3,000 companies in total, enabling them to complete listing in markets including SHENZHEN QIANHAI EQUITY EXCHANGE and SHANGHAI EQUITY EXCHANGE. Since September 2022, Mr. Li has held the position of Executive Director of Ling Yui Holdings Limited (HKEX: 784). From June 2015 to June 2016, Mr. Li served as the general manager of Xuezi Biotechnology (Shenzhen) Co. From June 2013 to June 2015, Mr. Li served as the sales manager of Shenzhen branch of Baidu, Inc. a company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol of "BIDU" and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code of "9888". From November 2012 to June 2013, Mr. Li worked for China Merchants Securities Company Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code of "6099". In June 2013, Mr. Li received a bachelor's degree in management from Shihezi University. We believe that Mr. Li should serve as a member of our Board of Directors because he is experienced in founding, leading and managing companies.

Lin Feng is our Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager since 2021. From June 2021 to November 2021, Mr. Feng holds the position of General Manager of Yilin Engineering (Shenzhen) Branch. From 2019 to June 2021, he holds the position of General Manager of Zhongchuang Shangxue. From 2017 to October 2019, he worked for Jinshi Capital and from October 2016 to October 2017, he worked for Yinsan Capital. We believe that Mr. Feng should serve as a member of our Board of Directors because he is experienced in managing companies.

Xuepiao Zhao is our President, General Manager and Director since 2021. Ms. Zhao specializes in business management and has excellent strategic planning, organization, coordination and implementation skills, familiar with market insight, competitive analysis, strategic management methods and frameworks. She is responsible for multi-regional market development, channel planning and management, and leads business teams of hundreds of people. She received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Shenzen University.

Ping Liu is our Chief Operating Officer and Director since 2022. Ms. Liu worked as Director of Finance Department of Yilin Engineering (Shenzhen) Branch from March 2021 to January 2022. From October 2020 to January 2021, she worked as Director of Zhongchuang Shangxue important client management. From June 2019 to October 2020, she worked at Jinshi Capital and January 2017 to April 2019 she serves at Sai Ku Capital.

Qiang Fan is our Chief Financial Officer and Director since 2022. Mr. Fan worked as a deputy finance manager at Shenzhen Kelike Technology Co. from June 2021 to January 2022. From March 2019 to March 2021, he worked as a finance director at Jialichen Engineering Equipment (Shenzhen) Co. From December 2015 to February 2019, he worked as a project manager at Shenzhen Huangjia Cairun Financial Consulting Co. From November 2014 to December 2015, he worked as an accountant in Shenzhen Kangmei Biotechnology Co. We believe that Mr. Fan should serve as a member of our Board of Directors because he is experienced in financial accounting.
