Racing for Gold at the Winter Swimming Invitational

Last week, our students competed in the 2016 Beijing City International School Winter Swimming Invitational hosted by the L J Swimming Club.

上周，我们的体育健儿参加了有LJ游泳俱乐部举办的2016年北京乐城国际学校冬季游泳邀请赛。

Five of our most dedicated student athletes competed against the field, with three of them seizing medals in numerous competitive events!

五个队员参赛，其中三个队员在激烈的竞赛中获得了奖牌！

Races were held over a series of heats, with the fastest times awarded bronze, silver, or gold medals.

决赛前，会有一系列的预赛。大赛设置了金银铜三个级别的奖牌。

Year 4 student Owen Yeow took gold in two events, the 50 meter freestyle and 25 meter backstroke, and his brother Alfie Yeow from Year 5 won gold in the 50 meter freestyle.

四年级学生Owen Yeow在50米自由泳以及25米的仰泳比赛中均获冠军，他的哥哥来自五年级的Alfie Yeow则在50米的自由泳中获得冠军。
