职位:Sales Manager
Overview ofPosition:
As a Sales Manager underCorporate Partnerships China team, this individual will be responsible forprimarily selling AFC, CAF, English Premier League (EPL) packages (sponsorshipand pitch side A-Boards), European football club packages, along with otheropportunities that are assigned by the Executive Director. This will include lead generation,relationship building, direct selling, and renewal of the same account forfuture years.
This individual will be compensatedwith a fixed base-salary plus a competitive bonus scheme on direct sales basedon the nature of the deals and the values.
Duties andAreas of Responsibility:
1.Conducttelesales (cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation) and sales tripsthroughout China to approach Chinese businesses
2.Generate ‘newbusiness’ revenue by selling and customizing packages to Chinese businessesbased on clients requirements and businessobjectives
3.Generatesponsorship leads for primarily our football assets, but also our other keysports (tennis and golf talent and events).
4.Working with EDCorporate Partnerships Greater China and other team members to organise,facilitate and follow up various sales leads and meetings
5.Involve in dealnegotiation and contracting process
6.Liaison with allnecessary BU departments and Corporate Partnership office in Singapore toensure proper packaging of key entitlements
7.Maintainrelationship with potential and signed sponsors for new lead generation anddeal renewal
8.Fulfilmanagement’s set sales targets and other KPIs required
9.Report on allaspects of the sales process via CRM tool (such as Microsoft Dynamics) toensure all the data are up-to-date and managed on regular basis.
Job Requirements:
1.A minimum of 5 years ofexperiences and track record in sponsorship sales and/or corporate hospitalityand/or high value B2B sales
2.Solid knowledge and connections to local, regional and global businessesin China
3.Able to work in a team structure and possess a high level ofcommunications skills
4.High level of motivation and drive, with the ability to initiate anddrive through sales process
5.Results oriented and willing to work under pressure and againstdeadlines
6.CRM experience is a big plus (experiences in Salesforce and/orpreferably MS Dynamics)
7.Based inShanghai and willing to travel domestically in China with periodic trips to Singapore.
8.Fluent in oraland written English and Chinese.
9.Interest in sport, preferably good knowledge in football, golf andtennis.

The NBA’s entity that conducts all of the league’s businesses in greater China was formed in January 2008 after its first office opened in Hong Kong in 1992. The NBA has interacted with Chinese basketball for decades, including first hosting the Chinese National team in 1985. The NBA currently has relationships with a strong network of television and digital media outlets in China, including a partnership of more than 20 years with national broadcaster CCTV. The league hosts hundreds of touring basketball events for fans, conducts community enrichment programs and maintains marketing partnerships with a combination of world-class Chinese based corporations and industry-leading multinationals from around the globe.

Job Title: Specialist, Marketing Partnerships
POSITION SUMMARY
Implement day-to-Day operation of assigned NBA China marketing partner accounts. Build and maintain relationship with partner day-to-day contacts. Support upsell and renew efforts. Coordinate internal cross-function collaboration to produce partnership deliverables. Acquire knowledge of partner’s business and overall marketing industry intelligence.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Execute partner rights and benefits, including planning and delivery of media, event and hospitality benefits, handling NBA approval process and provide partners with guidance on use of NBA IP, monitor partner usage of NBA IP and overall marketing/business conduct, timely collect partner payments.
2.Proactively assist partners in planning and executing their NBA activations.
3.Build and maintain effective working relationship with partner day-to-day contacts, across all relevant functions/units on the partner side as well as on the agency side.
4.Identify upsell opportunities and assist in the planning and making of upsell.
5.Support renew efforts, assist in the proposal, negotiation and contracting of renewal deals.
6.Work closely with internal teams and departments to fulfill due processes and procedures, develop solutions and produce partnership deliverables.
7.Remain knowledgeable of the sponsorship marketplace and partner industries, domestically and internationally, be aware of industry trends and its potential impact on the marketing partnership and overall business of NBA China.
8.Complete other work projects/tasks assigned by leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
1.Minimum 5+ years of successful track record in marketing and/or account service.
2.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and on-paper.
3.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain good professional and personal relationships.
4.Proficiency in English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
5.Mastery of office automation software.
6.Knowledgeable of conventional and new media platforms.
7.Utmost ethic and integrity.
8.Unconditional team player, dedication to excellence.
9.Proactive, self-motivated and attend-to-details.
10.Passion for sports preferred, not a must have.

Bachelor's degree or above.
