Recently, the Ministry of Education in China(中国教育部)has released a new regulation against private tutoring, a sentence in Article 15 has had a huge impact on the current tutoring industry: the hiring of foreign teachers based in China must comply with the relevant national regulations, and the hiring of foreign teachers based outside of China to conduct training activities is strictly prohibited.

Register a company and got a work visa as an investor/legal representative, but work as a teacher;(X)
Foreigners outside of China who work as online foreign teachers;(X)
Get a work permit in another company&position but work as a teacher. (X)

Note:
It is illegal for foreigners to do part-time jobs in most cases in China.
If they choose to work as a tutor, they can't get a labour contract; they can't apply for work visa legally in China.
Foreigners can only work with work visa under their position.

If a foreigner wants to teach a language(English in particular)in China and get a legal work visa, he/she needs to meet the following 3 conditions at the same time:
Native English speaker;
Obtain a bachelor's degree or above;
Have more than 2 years of work experience in language education.

Those who have obtained a bachelor's degree or above in education, language, or teaching training;
Obtained the teacher qualification certificate in the home country;
Those who have obtained a qualified international language teaching certificate.
