Definition: Used to ask someone to tell you something that they seem too frightened or embarrassed to say.

有什么尽管说出来；爽快点吧！不要吞吞吐吐，把话说出来

A: Where did you go last night?

B: Uhh, I was uhh...

A: Spit it out!

A: 你昨天晚上去哪里了！？

B: 额……我……额……这……

A: 老实点！快说！

Haha, it's used to urge someone to say or confess something quickly, used to tell someone to start speaking or to speak more quickly when they are unwilling to speak or are speaking slowly. Let's say when you ask Mr.Wong a question and he starts going, "uhhh ummm I uhhh...", then we could say, "Spit it out! Mr.Wong, spit it out!" Alright, let's check it out!
