Definition: Used to say that if people do not do what you say, they will have to leave or quit the project, etc.

要么就按照我的方式来，要么就走人；不听我的就滚！

A: I'm afraid I disagree.

B: In my territory, it’s my way or the highway!

A: 恐怕我不能同意。

B: 呵，在我的地盘，不听我的就快滚！

The new boss said, "Right now there is only one rule here. It's my way or the highway."

Once he tells you to do something, you got to do it, because he THINKS he's doing good for the company. Well...he is, but not all the time.
