Helen loved reading books

very good stories.

Her best friend Mary

couldn't write stories,

but she always 

won the first prize

in singing contests.

但是她总是在唱歌比赛中获得第一名。

Helen wanted to win a prize 

in singing, too.

海伦也想在唱歌比赛中得奖。

She practiced a lot,

but finally 

Mary won the prize again.

Helen was not happy

and she talked with her mom.

"The sparrow is small 

but it flies fast.

Helen didn't feel sad any more.
