it's my pleasure to speak

in front of you all today.

all of us have sweet memories

of life at this school.

In the first grade,

一年级,

Guoguo and I 

sat next to each other.

We wished 

we were like the older kids.

In the third grade

三年级,

we celebrated Thanksgiving

and Christmas with Sara.

我们和萨拉一起庆祝感恩节和圣诞节。

 

In the fifth grade

五年级,

we travelled with Mike 

to Canada and 

visited his grandma.

我们和迈克一起去了加拿大旅行

并看望了他的奶奶。

 

I still remember

我还记得

the football and 

ping-pong games

we played together.

我们一起进行了足球赛和乒乓球赛。

 

I am truly proud

that I was a member of

the Peking Opera club,

and we won the first place

out of 60 schools.

It hurts

to realize this period of time 

in our lives

is coming to an end.

It hurts more

to realize we are going 

to say goodbye 

to our dear teachers 

and friends.

Along the path of growth,

we were lucky

to have our teachers, parents,

and friends always standing

by our side.

for helping us come this far.

Now, 

we are ready for high school.

We'll face new challenges,

我们将面临新的挑战,

but we are not afraid of them.

We'll do our best,

and we'll have new teachers

and new friends to help us.

We are confident in our study 

and life in high school.
