首开区位于地块北侧，紧邻市政绿化带，整个沿街绿化带较为杂乱。
Shoukai district is located in the north of the plot, close to the municipal green belt, and the whole green belt along the street is messy.
整体设计以建筑为中心，打造横向延展的城市形象展示界面。
The overall design takes the building as the center to create a horizontally extended city image display interface.
融入属地运河文化，打造三重美学体验空间：“一道烟云”，“一带光影”，“一海星辰”。
Integrate into the local canal culture and create a triple aesthetic experience space: "a cloud", "a belt of light and shadow" and "a sea of stars".
入口空间，烟波浩渺，波光粼粼。我们利用风动景墙装置艺术化的表达运河烟云的形态，同时形成艺术化的迎宾体验。The entrance space is vast and sparkling. We use the wind moving wall installation to artistically express the form of smoke and cloud of the canal, and form an artistic welcoming experience at the same time.
The second space is the art boat gallery space above the canal.
廊架从功能上为了遮挡两侧的不利因素，南侧为施工区域，北侧较为杂乱的市政路。廊架立面虚实结合，局部打开形成框景，同时把光引入进来，开启一段光影艺术体验之旅。In terms of function, in order to cover the adverse factors on both sides, the south side is the construction area and the north side is a messy municipal road. The facade of the corridor frame is combined with the virtual and real, and partially opened to form a frame view. At the same time, the light is introduced to start a journey of light and shadow art experience.
回廊两侧松石绿岛，驻足而望，绿意盎然。仿佛时间停驻，享受静谧的美好。
On both sides of the cloister are pine stone green islands. Stop and look, full of green. It seems that time stops and enjoys the beauty of silence.
建筑前场空，一池水院，繁星点点。“一海星”主题雕塑，表达运河上的帆船场景，雕塑船上的内部灯光装置，将光斑洒在水面之上，薄雾氤氲，诉说着运河上的故事。The front yard of the building is empty, with a pool of water and a courtyard full of stars. The sculpture with the theme of "a starfish" expresses the sailing scene on the canal. The internal lighting device on the sculpture ship sprinkles light spots on the water, dense mist, and tells the story on the canal.
