前言|Preface：

依托百年历史人文沉淀，南滨路以城市地标、城市发展战略重地、滨江资源，彰显城市价值。铂悦·澜庭是旭辉在重庆的第一个铂悦系项目，以高尚居住氛围、精英生活方式铸就“黄金S湾”，为百年南滨再塑显耀门第。

Relying on the century-oldhistorical and humanistic precipitation, Nanbin Road is considered as the urbanlandmarks of Chongqing. The riverside resources highlight the value of thecity. XUHUI PLATINUM LAN MANSIONis the first Platinum class project in Chongqing, with a noble livingatmosphere, elite lifestyle cast "Golden S Bay", for the hundredyears of Nanbin re-shaping a new world.

现状分析|site analysis：

璞园是铂悦澜庭的高层组团，商业与内庭院高差将近6米。建筑规划围合中庭呈现三角形的内向空间，中庭内部整体高差近2米。

The garden Pu is consistedby several high buildings, with a differenceof nearly6 metersbetween the commercialand innercourtyards. The architecturalenclosing atrium presentsthe introverted space of the triangle,and the overall height differencebetween the atrium and the interior is nearly 2meters.

条件分析|condition analysis：

中庭空间被耸立的高层围绕，是组团视线的焦点，观赏、功能、美学三维一体；设计师将大部分的功能空间穿插在高层建筑间，通过抬高的地形，植物栽植围合，形成完整而独立的社区空间。

Atriumspace is surrounded by high buildings, which is the focus point of the residence.The view, the functions, aesthetic are the main points of designers’ concern. Weinterspersed the functional space in high buildings, through the elevatedterrain, plant planting enclosure, forming a complete and independent communityspace. through landscape design will be high-end residential communitypresented;

曾经有人问设计师何为高端? 设计师回答说：是空间，个体可独处而不被打扰的空间；亲朋小聚而不影响他人的空间；四季变化，色彩清新宜人，花树芬芳醉人、让人久处不厌的空间……

Someoneonce asked what does it mean a high-quality residence for a designer? Thedesigner replied: It is a space where an individual can be alone without beingdisturbed, where a family and friends gather without affecting other people,where the four seasons change, fragrant and color please the people, then wecould stay a long time ... ... 

设计策略|Design strategy：

我们希望构建一个具有重庆特色和现代生活气息的居住社区：以景观面象征山岳、以楼宇象征城市，而人们就生活于其中，山、城、人——这亦是重庆当地的自然面貌；将山城文化融入自然，将自然之形提取凝炼，揉入现代艺术元素作为设计语言，延续人与自然的和谐对话；

Thedesigners like tobuild aliving community withChongqing characteristics and modernlife atmosphere:The landscapesymbolizes the mountains,the buildingsymbolizes the city, andpeople live init. Mountains,cities, people –three elements of Chongqingintegrate mountain cityculture into nature, extract and condense the shape of nature, kneadinto modern art elements as the design language, andcontinue the harmoniousdialogue between the human beings andthe nature.

平面构成|Plan composition：

平面和立面的设计语言，均来自山体本身；平面上提取和演绎山体的等高线，以还原场地的自然精神；立面上采用山峦和大树轮廓，以体现空间营造的思考；

The special features of thegarden Pu are in meeting the visual aesthetic of the different dimensions ofthe future inhabitants, "overlooking ", "near view withshape", "courtesy platinum pleasure", "lightenjoyment", through streamlined design, spatial combination, processdetails and lighting, plant matching, to create a platinum-pleasing product.

空间设计|Space design：

璞园的特别之处皆在满足居住者不同维度的视觉审美，“俯瞰写意”、 “近观随形”、“礼遇铂悦”、“微光璞享”，通过流线设计、空间组合、工艺细节与灯光、植物搭配，营造铂悦系产品的定位。
