贫穷的诗意—蒋宛霖个展于2019年9月8号在共同艺术中心开幕了,策划近一年的展览共展出了艺术家24件作品,这也是蒋宛霖的首个个展。展览期间得到很多良师益友以及各界人士的关注,著名策展人栗宪庭、北京大学艺术学院院长策展人彭锋、艺术家刘虹、高氏兄弟高兟、俸正杰、罗杰、栗子、何红培、武妍希、曾浩、肖红、张琳、廖真武、汪玉涵、英子等出席了开幕仪式。





The poetry of poverty -- Jiang Wanlin's solo exhibition opened on September 8, 2019, at the common art center. The exhibition has gotten a lot attention from good teachers and wise friends the people from all walks of life, a famous curators LiXianTing, dean of the school of art curator Peng feng in Pecking University, artist Liu Hong, Gao Shen, Feng ZhengJie, Luojie, chestnuts, He Hongpei, Wu Yan, isaceli rs, XiaoHong, zhang Lin, Liao Zhen wu, Wang Yuhan, eiko attended the opening ceremony.

彭锋(北京大学艺术学院院长)

宛霖是一名多才多艺的女子,她对艺术十分执着专注。在学生阶段专注国画的经历,让宛霖对雅的趣味有根深蒂固的记忆。学生生涯结束之后,宛霖没有沉醉在古雅的趣味之中,而是决意做一位当代艺术家,走向社会,发现问题,思考生活。出于女性的本能和幼年的独特经验,宛霖对牛仔服情有独钟。她看到了牛仔服所体现的叛逆精神和贫穷趣味。但是,她没有像贫穷艺术家那样直接展示现成品,而是将它们塑造成为充满诗情画意的中国山水。贫穷与诗意,一个源于西方,一个源于东方,一个存在当代,一个存在古代,它们在宛霖的作品中居然能够携起手来。宛霖的作品包含了强烈的冲突与戏剧性的和解,或许这正是她内心状态和周遭世界的写照。我在宛霖身上看到了艺术家最宝贵的品质,她的作品体现了工笔的韵,结合了牛仔材料,又很有当代的感觉。祝宛霖以后越来越好!





Wan Lin is an accomplished woman. She is dedicated to art. The experience of traditional Chinese painting in the student stage gives Wan Lin a deep-rooted memory of elegant taste. After the end of her student career, Wan Lin did not indulge in quaint interest, but decided to be a contemporary artist to go into the society, to find problems, and to think about life. Born of female instinct and unique experience of childhood, Wan Lin has a special liking for jeans. She saw the rebellious spirit and poor taste of the jeans. But instead of showing ready-made products directly, as poor artists do, she moulds them into poetic landscapes of China. Poverty and poetry, one from the west, one from the east, one from the present and one from the past, are actually able to join hands in Wan Lin's works. Wan Lin's works contain intense conflict and dramatic reconciliation, which may be a reflection of her inner state and the world around her. I see the most precious quality of an artist in Wan Lin. Her works embody the rhyme of meticulous brushwork and combine cowboy materials with a very contemporary feeling.Hopes that Wan Lin is getting better and better!

我觉得宛霖找到了很好的一种媒介和一种转换方式,因为她本身是学山水的,又对当代艺术很感兴趣,她找到了两个的结合点,牛仔这种材料是和年轻人有关,通过这种材料的运用,完成了传统与当代的转换,我认为是一种很巧妙的结合。





I think Wan Lin found a medium and a way of conversion, because she is a landscape learner, and interested in contemporary art. She found two combining site, cowboy this kind of material is related to young people, through the use of the material, finished the traditional and the contemporary transformation. I think this is a very clever combination.

她的作品我是今天第一次见到,让我觉得蛮惊艳的。因为我们一直从上个世纪初就有一个问题,怎么样继承和发扬传统绘画,这是100多年的一个课题了,蒋宛霖的作品在这方面,我觉得是一个很好的探索的方向,她利用当代的一些视觉和物质元素,就像牛仔裤,这就是和我们生活息息相关的一种材料,用来重新演绎、诠释,通过传统的水墨山水画的方式。这应该算是传统文化艺术精神进行当代转换的很好的探索,祝贺!







I saw her works for the first time today, which made me feel quite amazing. Because at the beginning of the last century, there was a problem: how to inherit and carry forward the traditional painting. This is a topic of more than 100 years, I think Jiang Wanlin works in this aspect is a good exploration direction, she used some of contemporary visual and material elements, like the jeans, this is a material. And our life is closely linked to remake, interpret, through the way of the traditional landscape painting. This should be a good exploration of the contemporary transformation of traditional culture and artistic spirit. 我见证了宛霖所有作品的从无到有,她原来是学国画的,在传统方面功底深厚,她在威尼斯、法国、韩国走了这么多地方,对当代艺术的认知是在行走的过程中完成的,所以她的价值观已经发生了变化,和中国传统文人的认知是完全不同的,所以她能做出这些作品也是合理的。她在我的工作室艺术驻留创作,也可以和我的思维发生一些碰撞,产生一些更有意思的创作。





I witnessed Wan Lin’s works from scratch to work, she turned out to learn traditional Chinese painting in the aspect of traditional deep foundation. She has traveled Venice, France, South Korea. The cognition of contemporary art is done in the process of walking, so her values have changed, and the cognition of traditional Chinese literati is completely different, so she can make these works is also reasonable.She works in my studio, where she can also create more interesting works by colliding with my thoughts.

共同艺术中心一直在关注传统文化在当代语境下的转换以及再创造的艺术品,我是通过两位罗老师的推荐认识的宛霖,关注了近两年的创作,我们共同完成了她人生中的第一个个展,在现场观看她的作品很有冲击力,她是一个有经历的90后,可以有如此气场和气质的作品一定有一颗坚定、坚强丰富的内心。

ommon art center has been focused on the traditional culture in the context of contemporary transformation and to create works of art, is by two, the teacher recommended I know Wan Lin, pay attention to the creation of nearly two years, we finished the first solo exhibition of her life together. When I was at the scene to watch her works, I thought they are very powerful. She is a after 90 with great experience, who can have such aura and qualitative work must have a strong, strong heart.

这是我艺术生涯中的第一个个展,感谢今天莅临现场的各位朋友们,感谢彭锋老师和共同艺术中心鲍禹女士及全体工作人员为我精心策划的个展~贫穷的诗意———这是我人生中的第一次个展,有点忐忑和紧张,我是学中国山水画的,在传统的氛围里研习了7年中国文人山水画,展览用这种方式亮相,虽然内心起起落落,但还是希望得到大家的青睐。但愿没有因此而得罪那些坚守传统文人画的山水大家,既然自己反复考量,选择一条全然不同的路,已经做好承受来自各界批评的心理准备。其实自己表面上背离传统,但我认为自己以另外一种表达接续了传统。

传统文人画的文化逻辑和时代背景早已消失在历史的烟云中,作为一个现代人,选择牛仔裤这种贴近身体的材质介入一个传统的山水画面,希望能有效拉近艺术与生活的距离,让冷漠高远的古意山水带上现代人的体温和烟火味,用艺术的方式嫁接改造庸常生活中的废弃物品,形成新的、由廉价牛仔布反复裁剪和堆砌的古怪画面,以此折射现代信息传媒构架中,被无处不在、无孔不入的海量商品图片所塑造、所催眠而形成的欲望山水。

This is the first solo exhibition of my art career, thank you all friends to visit the site today. Thanks to Peng Feng and BaoYu and all the staff together for my solo exhibition —The Poetry of Poverty. This is the first solo exhibition in my life, a bit uneasy and nervous. I learn Chinese landscape painting, and have studied for seven years in the atmosphere of traditional Chinese literati landscape paintings. Although the heart of ups and downs, but I still hope to get the interests of people. I hope I didn't offend those who stick to traditional literati paintings. Now that I have considered and chosen a completely different path, I am ready to face criticism from all walks of life. In fact, I depart from the tradition on the surface, but I think I continue the tradition with another expression.

Logic and time background of traditional literati paintings have disappeared in the history of the smoke. As a modern man, choosing the jeans this close to the body material in a traditional landscape picture, I hope to be able to effectively reduce the distance of art and life, and let the distant lofty ancient meaning landscape with modern people's temperature and fireworks. Technological renovation in actual life in art way discarded items, to form a new, by cheap denim wacky, repeated cutting and packing to refraction architecture, modern information media are ubiquitous, pervasive mass merchandise image shaping, hypnosis and landscape formation of desire.

1993年1月出生于四川省遂宁市

2015年本科毕业于四川音乐学院美术学院中国画系

2018年硕士毕业于四川音乐学院美术学院中国画系水墨山水专业

2014年12月赴韩国国民大学交流学习艺术

2017年7月赴威尼斯建筑大学和佛罗伦萨美术学院

学习美术学和绘画专业

现为职业艺术家工作生活于中国北京

She was born in suining , sichuan in 1993

In 2015 ,graduated fromsichuan music college of fine arts with a bachelor's degree in Chinese painting

In 2018,graduated fromsichuan music college of fine arts with a master's degree in Chinese paintingfrom the department of landscape and water painting.

In 2014,went to kookminuniversity in South Korea for exchange and study of art.

In 2017,went to Veniceuniversity of architecture and Florence academy of fine arts to study fine artsand painting.

Currently  lives and works in Beijing,professionalartist.
