由柏林自由大学提供具体的博士科研项目,并向通过“FUB-CSC Program”框架申请且成功通过审核的申请者发出邀请函;
中国国家留学基金委向成功申请到柏林自由大学博士职位的学生提供申请奖学金的机会(联合培养或全职学位)。
