Josper Grilled Octopus with Carrot, Celery Root Puree & Criolla Sauce
Josper碳烤八爪鱼配胡萝卜,芹菜头泥和莎莎酱
碳烤八爪鱼仿佛带着坎帕尼亚浪漫的海滨风情,让人畅想在意大利街边地道的酒馆里。Josper烤箱使用木柴及日本长木炭烤制,让鲜嫩的八爪鱼吸收烟熏的香气,刷上以西红柿,洋葱,辣椒粉等香料制作的莎莎酱,酸辣咸鲜勾人食欲。芹菜头泥用橄榄油与鸡汤熬制而成,清香的味道刚好缓解碳烤的压力,让这道菜品成为夏季的不二之选。
Grilled octopus evokes Campania’s authentic streetside pubs and romantic seaside ambiance. Made in a wood-fire charcoal Josper oven, the tender octopus has a wonderfully smoky aroma. It’s brushed with a hot-and-sour criolla sauce made of tomatoes, onions and chilli powder, then served alongside a delicate celery root puree that complements the grill’s charred flavours.

Especially popular in the south of Italy, orecchiette is a classic homestyle pasta dish. Inspired by traditional flavour pairings, this pasta dish spotlights fresh broccoli rabe emboldened with the intense aromas of Italian sausage and Parmesan cheese, with a touch of white wine for an acidic constrast.
