【会议背景】

    航空发动机，因其研制技术含量高、工艺难度大，被称为“工业王冠”。独立研制发动机国内发动机是一个国家成为航空强国的标志。在位列中国重点发展的百大工程之首“两机重大专项”政策的引导下，中国航空发动机近年来取得了可喜的进步与发展。然而，国内整机制造技术水平与全球成熟厂商差距仍然较大，航空发动机的研制还面临着许多困境与挑战，在发动机尖端材料和加工工艺、叶片制造关键技术、整体叶盘制造及修复技术、适航认证与测试技术、管理维修维护等领域仍存在技术难点。

在此背景下，“第三届商用航空发动机上海国际论坛”将于2018年5月15日至16日（周二至周三）在上海召开。将邀请150余位国内外知名航空发动机企业高层、专家共聚一堂分享商用航空发动机技术发展与市场需求的前沿动态，共同推进中国航空发动机产业的进步。

【Event Background】

Aero-engineis honored as “crown jewelry” for its high technical content, and processingdifficulty. The ability to development domestic engines are the hallmarks of acountry becoming an aviation powerhouse. Guided by the "Two MajorProjects" initiative of the "Top 100 Projects" focused onChina's development, China's aero engines have made gratifying progress anddevelopment in recent years. However, the gap between the level of domesticmanufacturing technology and the mature manufacturers in the world is stilllarge. The development of aero engine still faces many difficulties andchallenges. In terms of engine cutting-edge materials and processingtechnology, blade manufacturing key technologies, overall leaf discmanufacturing and repair technologies, Airworthiness certification and testingtechnology, management, maintenance and other areas there are still technicaldifficulties.

Underthis background, the "Commercial Aero Engine Shanghai InternationalForum" will be held in Shanghai on 15^th to 16^th , May,2018(Tuesday to Wednesday). More than 150 well-known domestic and foreign aeroengine business executives and experts will be invited to share the forefrontdevelopments Chinese aero engine market demand, and jointly make contributionto Chinese aero engine industry.
