醉美中秋，喜迎国庆。在中国家庭团圆最重要的传统节日中秋及举国同庆的国庆节来临之际，外交之声独家推出《大使贺中秋》特辑，走进联合国及近20家驻华使馆，邀请联合国驻华代表和各国驻华大使通过视频为中国朋友送祝福，共贺佳节，发出邀请。而这也是联合国驻华代表和各国大使首次在中秋节读诗送祝福。本期带来巴拿马驻华大使施可方的祝福。

巴拿马驻华大使施可方：中国是好朋友好伙伴

Dear friends, I would wish you happiness and fortune during this Mid-Autumn Festival.This first year of diplomatic relations has been full of excitement and achievements, starting with the historical visit of our president juan carlos varela to China last November.

During this visit, and since, we have signed over 23 agreements ,to mention the feal , we signed the feasibility study for a railroad from Panama city to david in the chiriqui province, near the border with costa rica.This study should be done by the end of the year, which would be a key component for the belt and road initiative.

A very important document signed was the feasibility study of a free trade agreement between Panama and China which encouraged both countries to start the negotiations of this target and that at the moment has been very positive on both sides.

A very important agreement was done between both of our tourism institutions to promote group travel to panama, so I invite you to go to the Panama to visit .

Our future activities include our participation to the China like forum in Zhuhai, always promoting Panama to be the host in 2019.Also we will participate in the ShangHai import fair in November that will take place from the 5th to 10th this November, where we will expose some of our export products that include meat, coffee, bottled water, pineapple, among other.

Now we are preparing for the possible visit of president XiJinPing, who will also a historical visit by being the first Chinese president to visit our country.

We consider the peoples republic of china a good friend and partner and we are sure that this relationship will develop even stronger as the years pass.

亲爱的朋友们，我祝愿你们在这个中秋节佳节收获幸福与幸运。自从去年11月我国总统胡安·卡洛斯·瓦雷拉对中国的历史性访问开始，在这个中巴外交关系建立的第一年的时间中，充满了欣喜与成就。

这次访问后，我们签署了23项协议，更值得特别提到的是：我们签署了从巴拿马城到大西洋省大卫附近的一条铁路的可行性研究，该地区靠近哥斯达黎加边境。这项研究应该会在今年年底完成，这将成为中巴关系的纽带，并成为一带一路道路倡议的关键组成部分。

我们签署的一份非常重要的文件是巴拿马与中国之间自由贸易协定的可行性协议，该协议鼓励两国开始对这一目标进行谈判，目前双方都非常积极。

我们两国的旅游部门间达成了一项非常重要的协议，以促进前往巴拿马的团体旅行，因此我邀请你们到巴拿马探访这个精彩的目的地。

我们未来的活动包括我们参与中国珠海的论坛，始终在推动巴拿马在2019年成为东道主。同样我们将参加将于11月5日至10日举行的11月上海进口展览会，我们也将展示一些我们的出口产品，包括：肉类，咖啡，瓶装水，菠萝等。

现在我们正在为习近平主席的访问做准备，他将成为历史上第一位访问我国的中国国家元首。

我们认为中国是一位好朋友和好伙伴，我们相信这种关系会随着时间的流逝而发展得更加强大。
