博物馆作为历史的保存者和记录者，被许多人视为一座城市的灵魂。“它不仅装载着人类的文明故事，它的存在，本身就是一个故事。”

Shandong Provincial Museum of Geology
山东省地质博物馆
Founded in 1976, the Shandong Provincial Museum of Geology is the only provincial natural science museum in Shandong. It is focused on popularizing geoscience knowledge, showcasing achievements in geoscience research, and promoting information about China's land and resources.
山东省地质博物馆始建于1976年，是山东省唯一的省级自然科学类专业博物馆。主要普及地球科学知识，展示地学研究成就，宣传国土资源信息。
Opened in April 2017, the new museum is focused on the collection and management of physical specimens, geological data and mineral treasures. It is also an important platform for the popularization of geological science and technology as well as the conduct of geological and mineral research.
新馆于2017年4月开馆，主要收集、珍藏和管理实物标本、地质资料和矿物珍品，也是普及地质科学技术，进行地质矿产研究的重要平台。

Shandong Post and Telecommunications Museum
山东省邮电博物馆
Founded in July 1918, the Shandong Post and Telecommunications Museum is a typical German-style brick-wood building built in the 20th century.
山东省邮电博物馆始建于1918年7月，为20世纪典型的砖木结构德式建筑。
The museum has a collection of more than 200 relics and 400 photos related to postal services and telecommunication.
山东省邮电博物馆现收藏邮电、通讯类文物200余件，照片400余幅。
Visitors will get to learn about the development of postal services and telecommunications in the old days through cultural relics like a beacon tower and post videos in the exhibition area.
观众可以通过展区里的烽火台及邮驿视频等了解古代和近代邮电通信发展的历史。
The museum also showcases technologies such as location services, video surveillance and internet of things applications which reflect the development of modern communications.
山东省邮电博物馆还通过位置服务、视频监控、物联网等技术让游客感受现代通信技术的新成果。

Shandong Science and Technology Museum
山东省科技馆
Founded in 1956, the Shandong Science and Technology Museum is the only modern and comprehensive museum for science popularization in Shandong province.
山东省科技馆成立于1956年，是山东省唯一一座现代化综合性科普场馆。
The museum, which includes two major areas – science exhibition and sci-tech activity – covers multiple disciplines such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, astronomy, geography, biology, energy, materials, ocean, agriculture and transportation.
科技馆分为科普展览和科技活动两大区域，涵盖了数学、物理、化学、天文、地理、生物、能源、材料、海洋、农业、交通等学科。
The new museum – located in the Huaiyin district – is set to open by the end of 2022.
位于槐荫区的山东省科技馆新馆也将在2022年年底前开放。
