德国人比扬·冯兰道是济南同圆设计集团有限公司城市设计研究中心的城市规划师。在过去的十年里，他参与了济南城市的规划和设计，见证了这座城市的发展与变迁。在他看来，济南的城市规划不仅仅是保留这里的建筑和历史，而是在生活、生态和高质量发展中找到完美的平衡，为济南注入新的生机与活力。

Bjoern von Randow, a German urban planner working at Tongyuan Design Group Co Ltd in Jinan, Shandong province, has contributed to the city's construction and witnessed its development over the last decade.

Von Randow says that as an urban planner, his dream is to design a new city. In his eyes, each city has its unique identity and culture, and his job is to preserve the city's buildings and memories while still injecting new vitality and thinking about ecological protection.

After years of living and working in China, supported by his lovely family, friendly colleagues and warm-hearted locals, Von Randow has built a happy life in Jinan. This city has become his home.
