问题：contact approvals字面意思是验证加为好友，怎样翻译更流畅？
建议：拥有严格的家长控制功能，包括好友添加、内容屏蔽、安全过滤。原译有歧义，像是父母可以直接控制某个联系人。
3. We have been very clear that there is no advertising in Messenger Kids.”
原译：我们很清楚儿童版应用上没有任何广告。
建议：完成时的含义没有翻译出来。
更正：我们已明确这一点：儿童版应用上没有任何广告。这样相当于再次声明他们没广告。
4. The study also demonstrates that stone toolmaking would had created a selection pressure favouring increased linguistic capabilities.
原译：这项研究还表明，石器制造还会产生选择压力，定向提高该人种的语言能力。
问题：这里为什么要用虚拟语气？
建议：would have done和后文的Tsunamis could have moved。
5. Tsunamis could have moved early humans on rafts of vegetation.
原译：也许是海啸促使早期人类以植物作筏（开始远航）。
建议：给大家留一个思考题，这里的rafts of vegetation更偏偶然而成的木筏，而不是直立人有意制作的船只，否则会与前文矛盾。另外，前面这个在浮动圆木上漂流也有些不通畅。
6. They say they never have a moment to themselves.
原译：他们称没有一刻是属于他们自己的。
更正：他们没有一刻独处的时间。
7. The poor shall escape their fate and the rich will gain more than they dream of.
原译：穷人要摆脱他们的命运，富人会赚很多钱超乎他们的想象。
建议:句子可以更简洁，可以参考网上资料。
更正：扶贫济困，均富共生。
8. Off with their many heads.
审校：Literal meaning： That is, 'chop off his head'. It is now usually used humorously as a means of mildly reproaching someone. the origin of the phrase 'Off with his head'：Shakespeare used the phrase many times in his plays QUEEN MARGARET:“Off with his head, and set it on York gates; So York may overlook the town of York. ”
定稿：百足之虫，死而不僵。
9. If Mr Li’s estimate of tens of millions of victims is accurate, they must have handed over tens of billions of yuan in total.
原译：如果李先生对中国有数百万传销受害者这一数字预测正确的话，这些受害者一定已经交出了共数百亿元。
建议：交出了没讲明白交给谁，实际上是指受骗。
更正：这些受害者上当受骗的金额有数百亿。
10. to the children of migrant workers, struggling with poor education and falling demand for cheap labour.
原译：还有外来打工人群的孩子，这些孩子受教育程度不足，还面临这廉价劳动力市场需求缩水的现状。
建议：这里是指农民工，不清楚修饰谁时结合上下文内容判断一下，比如这里children和falling demand of cheap labour.
更正：还有外来打工人群的孩子，这些打工人群受教育程度不足，还面临着廉价劳动力市场需求缩水的现状。
11. Analysts looking at these data would certainly value something that alerted them automatically to suspicious activity.
原译：分析员们必然会看重那些能自动显示他们可疑活动的数据。
建议：这句话划分下句子成分，想想something指的是什么，是数据还是人工智能工具。
更正：审查这些数据的分析员必然会重视能自动预警可以活动的工具。
12. It would, though, also be valuable if such an agent could explain its decisions, so that the person being alerted was able to spot and ignore the inevitable false positives.
原译：然而，如果智能体能解释自身决策，收到警报的分析员就能发现那些难以避免的误检率，从而忽略它们，这也意义重大。
建议：false positive是误报，false positive rate是误检率。句子语序建议把also be valuable放在后面，因为so that…这个结果是紧跟在智能体解释决定后，整体是一件有价值的事，和前文形成递进。
更正：不过，如果智能体可以解释自身决策，收到预警的人员便能发现并忽略那些不可避免的误报，这也极具价值。
13. 问题：black box 全文出现很多次，一般都当作那种飞机上的黑匣子，不过黑匣子是用来记录飞机等飞行记录啊之类的数据盒，而文中更多指内部结构未知的电子元件，需不需要翻译成电子术语加注释呢？
建议：黑匣子已经是约定俗成的说法了，根据文章内容读者也能了解它的比喻义。
14. It does not require the imaginations of Arthur C. Clarke or Douglas Adams, the inventors, respectively, of HAL and Eddie, to envisage the advantages of software that can not only act, but also explain the reasons behind its actions.
原译：人们不用靠亚瑟·克拉克（Arthur C. Clarke）和道格拉斯·亚当斯（Douglas Adams）的想象（HAL和艾迪的创作者）就能明白，除了执行命令外还能自我解释的软件将有多少益处。
问题：这里it指代上文的社会偏见还是人？
建议：可以通过提取主干判断。It does not require ……to envisage，因此是指人。
改正：不用靠阿瑟·克拉克、道格拉斯·亚当斯那样有非凡的想象力，人们也能明白，除了执行命令外还能自我解释的软件将有多少益处。
