杭州未来科技城“国际创客港”开园仪式暨第一届国际极客马拉松报名开启！

杭州，被称为创业创新活力之城，是创业者的天堂。为推动杭州国际化名城建设，更好地吸引国际人才来杭州创新创业，未来科技城管委会将成立服务于外籍项目的国际创客港，将于9月6日正式举办开园仪式。

同期，G5,  AngelHack 还将联手打造首届杭州国际创客港(GSH)极客马拉松挑战赛，邀请来自世界各地，各个领域的创新者参加，创造机会，一同崛起！届时也会在澳洲地区进行同步直播，全球连线！

关于国际创客港

为了更好地吸引国际创业者到杭州未来科技城创业，未来科技城管委会设立了国际创客港(GSH)。GSH由未来科技城管委会管理，交由杭州互国创业投资管理有限公司(G5创投)代为运营。国际创客港位于中国浙江海外高层次人才创新园区，总面积1200平方米，设有60多个工位和3个多功能会议室。国际创客港将为有志于进入中国市场并对中国商业环境感兴趣的国际人才提供创业一站式服务，包括:

• 提供不超过180天的免费办公空间

• 为符合条件的外籍创业者提供免费人才公寓

• 项目加速营(跨境考察、投资对接，市场对接)

• 软着陆服务(签证延期、当地导师辅导、本地化社群)

For better attracting international entrepreneurs to Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City, Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City government set up the Global Startup Hub (GSH). Hangzhou Huguo Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. (G5 Capital) is authorized to manage and operate on behalf of Hangzhou Future Sci-tech City government. GSH is located in the Zhejiang overseas high level talents innovation park of China with a total area of 1200 square meters, catering more than 60 workstations and three multi-functional meeting rooms. GSH will provide international talent who are willing to enter China market and interested in the Chinese business environment, entrepreneurial one-stop service including:

• Free state of art co-working space up to 180 days  

• Free suites for qualified candidates

• Acceleration program (Cross border tour, Roadshows toward capital，corporate partners and other marketing agencies)

• Soft landing service（Visa extension, local mentors coaching, local community connection）

极客马拉松

“极客”一词，来自于美国俚语“geek”。这个词含有智力超群和努力之意，又被用于形容对计算机和网络技术有狂热兴趣的人。现在，”极客“更多是指在互联网时代创造全新的商业模式、尖端技术与时尚潮流的人。

 "极客" comes from  American proverb "geek". This term contains intelligence and hard work, and is used to describe people who are passionate about computer and technology. Now, "geek" refers more to people who create new business models, cutting-edge technologies and fashion trends in the Internet age.

本次GSH极客马拉松主要分为三个阶段：报名、初赛(报名资格初审)、决赛

报名：需提交个人简介供大赛组委会初审；点击下图进入报名

初赛：即初审，大赛组委会对报名人员进行审核筛选，主要依据报名者的基本信息和个人简介，选出优秀团队参加决赛；

决赛：落地比赛，所有进入决赛的参赛团队在杭州创客港聚集，线下组队，对组委会提供的挑战进行线下开发，完成作品，并进行项目路演，最终决出胜负。

The GSH hackathon is mainly divided into three stages: registration, preliminary contest (preliminary examination of registration qualification), and the final.

Registration: Submit a personal profile for the preliminary review of the competition organizing committee.  Please scan the QR code to apply ~

Preliminary Contest: In the preliminary examination,  mainly based on the basic information and personal profile of the applicants the organizing committee will select the excellent individuals and teams to participate the finals.

The Final: All the finalists gather in hangzhou GSH to form an offline team and develop the challenges provided by the organizing committee. Candidates shall complete the works, and conduct the project roadshow. The Top 3 will win the prizes!

One principle that has guided this community since its first Hackathon is that everyone is welcome. Great ideas stem from discussion, and we believe the best discussions start by talking to someone whose background or experiences might differ from your own. 

With this in mind, we invite all startups, developers, entrepreneurs, and designers who are passionate about  creating to join regardless of experience level, geographic location, or similar factors. And if you're under 18 we ask that you bring along a parent or guardian when you check-in so they can sign a participation waiver.

参赛规则

1.   全新代码：为了公平起见，所有人同时开始编程。任何人都不允许在原有项目基础上写代码。可以预先做电子版原型，可使用开源框架等公开的代码，但应控制在合理限度内。

2.   代码审查：获胜团队须在活动结束后或最终颁奖前接受代码审核，从而确保代码是全新的，且不存在作弊现象。

3.   知识产权：参赛团队将具有团队产品的全部知识产权和所有权，对产品可以自由支配。

4.   团队规模：至少两人，不超过五个人。个人参赛者可当场组队。

5.   代码提交：代码必须在规定的编程结束时立即提交。

6.   产品展示：每组有两(2)分钟的阐述想法与展示产品时间，以及一(1)分钟的评委问答时间。

We know some rules are meant to be broken, but you should probably (read: definitely) stick by these:

1. Fresh Code - We all start coding at the same time. It's cool to work on designs beforehand, digital mockups, open source frameworks, and anything else available to everyone, but keep things within fair limits.

2. Code Review - Winning teams may be subject to a code-review at some point following the event or immediately before winning. This is to ensure that all code used is in fact fresh.

3. Ownership and IP - You own your IP and whatever you create. Simple as that.

4. Team Size - No less than two (2) and no more than five (5) people. Individuals shall team up on the occasion.

5. Submissions - Projects need to be submitted by the designated time.

6. Demos - You'll have 2 minutes to demo the functionality of your project and talk through your idea, and 1 minute for Q&A from judges.

每组提交的材料将根据以下标准进行评分，最低分为0分，最高分为25分，最终得分为所有评委给分的平均值：

● 可资助性：想法的可投资性有多大？有没有可持续的商业模型？解决方案的扩展性怎么样？（0-5分）

● 执行性：团队执行解释问题是否到位？现场演示是否展示了可行解决方案？（0-5分）

● 用户界面：除了设计之外，团队是否考虑了终端用户的产品体验？（0-5分）

● 原创性：想法的原创、创意、独特程度？（0-5分）

● 团队：团队成员是否具有多元化？相互的技能是否互补？（0-5分）

Each submission will be scored in each round based on the following criteria with a minimum score of 0 and a maximum score of 25 points, with the final score being the average of the judges' scores:

●Fundability (0-5 points): How fundable is this idea? Is there potential for a sustainable business model? Is this scalable?

●Execution (0-5 points): How well was the project executed and explained? Did they add a demo video?

●UI/UX (0-5 points): Beyond design, was the end-to-end user experience for the solution considered? 

●Originality (0-5 points): How original, creative or unique is the idea? Is there a competitive advantage? 

●Team (0-5 points): Is there a diverse team presented? Do they have a range of complementary skill sets for the project?
