中国范儿 94 生态兴则文明兴--中国节能在行动

Green consumption concepts, such as green travel, using low-energy house appliances,waste sorting and disposal, are slowly infiltrating the lives of hundreds of millions of Chinese people and changing their way of life.

300多年前，工业革命点燃了现代文明的曙光，人类狂飙突进的发展深刻塑造了今天的世界。与世界其他发达经济体不同，中国在现代化进程早期就已注意到经济社会发展与环境、资源的关系。今天，在世界范围内中国都是节能环保理念的倡导者和先行者，每年中国国家发改委都会牵头发起以宣传节能环保理念、推动可持续发展为目标的“全国节能宣传周”。

More than 300 years ago, the Industrial Revolution paved the way for modern civilization, and the later explosive development in all dimensions of society profoundly shaped the world today. Unlike other developed economies in the world, China has realized the relationship between economic, social development, environment,and resources in the early stage of modernization. China is now an advocate and pioneer of energy conservation and environmental protection in the world. Every year, the National Development and Reform Commission of China organizes the"National Energy Conservation Publicity Week" aimed to promote the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection and sustainable development.

全国节能周始于1991年，至今已连续举办29年，每年各种形式多样内容丰富的宣传活动都会走进学校、工厂、企业、城市街道和小镇乡村。今年全国节能宣传周定于6月17日至23日举办，向全社会发出“绿色发展，节能先行”的倡议，推行绿色生活，共建美丽中国！

Since 1991, the National Energy Conservation Week has been held consecutively for 29 years. Every year, various kinds of publicity activities with rich contents will enter schools, factories, enterprises, urban streets, and towns and villages. This year, the National Energy Conservation Publicity Week is set to be held from June 17 to 23. It will launch a "green development, energy saving first" initiative to the whole society, promote green life, and constructa beautiful China together.

中国是世界上人口数量第一和经济总量第二的国家，然而，人均GDP不足1万美元，经济增长和能源消耗的需求依然刚性。目前，中国能源消费总量已经成为世界第一，并且短期内，能耗增长的趋势难以改变。如何做好节能工作，是我们需要持续思考的问题。

China has the largest population and the second largest economy in the world.However, per capita GDP is less than 10,000 US dollars, and the demand for economic growth and energy consumption remains high. At present, China's total energy consumption has become the first in the world, and, in the short term,the trend of energy consumption growth remains strong. Energy saving is always an issue that should be given thought and worked hard for.

近年来，中国政府高度重视节能和可再生能源的开发，大力推动产业转型升级和能源利用效率提升，促进绿色发展、高质量发展，节能工作已贯穿于经济社会发展的全过程和各领域。

In recent years, the Chinese government attaches great importance to energy conservation and renewable energy development, vigorously promotes industrial transformation and upgrading and energy efficiency, and promotes green, high-quality development. Energy conservation efforts have been made in all fields and stages of economic and social development.

2016-2018年，全国单位GDP能耗强度累计下降11.35%，以年均2.6%的能源消费增速支撑了年均6.7%的经济增长。风力、水力和光伏等清洁能源电力装机容量和发电量均跃居世界前列。值得一提的是，领先世界的1000伏特高压输电技术，跨越3000多公里，将中国西南地区的清洁电能输送至东部负荷中心，创造了一项世界标准。居民生活上，空调、冰箱等5类高效节能家电产品实现年节电约100亿度，绿色出行成为城市生活新风尚。

From 2016 to 2018, the energy consumption intensity per unit GDP of the whole country dropped by 11.35%. The annual average growth rate of energy consumption was only 2.6%, compared with the economic growth of 6.7%. The installed capacity and power generation of clean energy power, such as wind power, waterpower and photovoltaic power, are in the forefront of the world. The world-leading 1000-volt UHV transmission technology, spanning more than 3,000 kilometers, transfers clean electricity from southwestern China to Eastern areas,creating a world standard. In domestic energy consumption, the application of high-efficiency and energy-saving technologies for five household appliances,such as air conditioners and refrigerators, saves about 10 billion kilowatt hours. Green travel has become a new trend in urban life.
