Internship - Finance and Budget

实习地点：意大利罗马

语言要求：优秀的英语口语和书面能力；掌握联合国其他官方语言将被视为加分项

实习津贴：每月可获得最高1000美元的津贴，具体取决于分配的工作地点

实习时长：6个月（可延长）

预计开始日期：2022年10月17日

工作职责：

• Support with the review of budget and project documentation and ensure relevant resource data is recorded in internal systems for reference, in line with WFP standards and procedures.

• Collate data and contribute to the creation of accurate and timely reporting, to enable informed decision-making and action planning by management and other stakeholders.

• Support the daily management of the on-demand service provision shared mailbox ensuring the emails are correctly assigned internally and the relevant documentation is archived in the shared point.

• Prepare communication products that effectively convey the desired message to targeted audience(s).

• Develop technical skills and knowledge and build awareness of organizational developments.

• Perform other related duties as required.

INTERNSHIP – UN BOOKING HUB

实习地点：意大利罗马

语言要求：优秀的英语口语和书面能力；掌握法语和联合国其他官方语言将被视为加分项

实习津贴：每月可获得最高1000美元的津贴，具体取决于分配的工作地点

实习时长：6个月

预计开始日期：2022年10月

工作职责：

• Support on the data analysis and preparation of reports and presentation

• Suggest and create report showing results of the analysis

• Support workstream in creation of necessary slides

• Suggest interesting new slides based on insight gained in discussions and data analysis

• Participate in team discussions/meetings wherever possible

• Participate in meetings, as required by the activities

• Daily customer care and field-support activities related to Accommodation services and UN Booking Hub

• Customer care to the accommodation field network

• Support on training and webinar delivery

• Support on corporate communication activities
