Seeking a Director/AD of cell process development（Car-T）in USA

Key requirements for this position:

1. Based in New Jersey but needs to travel to China and stays for a couple months at the beginning stage

2. Mandarin – speaking (we expect this person to oversee manufacturing/product development process in China in initial stage and he/she needs to closely work with China team so Mandarin-speaking ability is a must)

3. Allogenic cell development expertise is a must;

4. 5+ years of experience with cell therapy automation technologies: this person needs to know thoroughly how to use equipment such as Sepax Pro, CliniMACS plus, Wave, Sefia, Prodigy, Controlled-Rate Freezer(CryoMED or Asymptote)
