1. 博士，有海外留学或工作背景

2. 5年以上细胞与基因治疗或抗体药物CMC开发和生产经验

3. 曾参与过国内外上市药物或进入到临床阶段的药物开发

4. 有管理10人以上团队经验

职位2：CTO of Plasmid and Virus-美国

The CTO of plasmid & virus department will provide the strategy making, production execution, project management, service capacity upgrade, technology guidance, team building and business development for the platform of plasmid & virus including CMC development for pre-IND application, GMP manufacturing for clinic trail and commercial. This position will provide strategic leadership to establish cutting-edge platforms for plasmid & virus CDMO service, and ensure the platform follow the appropriate scientific, regulatory and quality standards for gene therapy and cell therapy.

Qualifications:

PhD in biotechnology;

2. Specialized in CAR-T/TCR-T and other immune cell therapy technologies, gene editing and gene therapy technologies; forward-looking in industry development, with independent thinking and judgment ability;

3. More than 5 years of experience in gene therapy/cell therapy project development, and at least one of the development projects has entered phase 1 clinical; more than 2 years preclinical CMC development, clinical sample production or commercial production;

4. Experience in virus vector industrialization is preferred

5. Familiar with the CMC development process of biological products, global application regulations and drug production management standards;

6. More than 5 years of team management experience;

7. Experience in GMP facility management is preferred, and experience in pharmaceutical company management;

8. Have experience in GMP facility design, construction and validation. The GMP workshop meets the requirements of NMPA, FDA and EMA regulations.
