主办单位简介

上海立信会计金融学院是经上海市委、市政府批准，于2016年3月由上海立信会计学院和上海金融学院合并组建而成的一所会计、金融特色鲜明的公办全日制普通高等学校。上海立信会计学院是由被誉为“中国现代会计之父”的著名教育家潘序伦于1928年创建。上海金融学院的前身是由中国人民银行创建于1952年的上海市银行学校。学校有松江、浦东和徐汇三个校区，占地总面积1200多亩。拥有14个实验教学区、194个稳定的校外实习基地；学校下设15个二级学院；有本科专业35个，硕士专业学位授权点1个；有全日制在校学生近两万人，其中专业硕士研究生211人，本科生18321人，专科生525人。2018年学校入选上海高水平地方应用型高校建设序列。

 会计学院是学校规模最大的学院，下设会计学、财务管理、资产评估、审计学四个专业，以及实践教学部、国际项目中心及审计硕士教育中心。学院现有教职工160余人，专任教师128人，其中教授9人，副教授42人；具有博士学位的教师63人，硕士学位的教师33人。在校研究生两百余人,本科生近五千人，专科生近百人。2011年金融会计团队被列为国家级特色教学团队；2012年立信会计事务所基地被列为国家级大学生实践基地和上海市级教师践习基地；2012年工商管理（会计学）学科成为上海市一流学科建设点；2015年会计学科被列为上海市高原学科建设点；2018年会计学科入选上海高水平地方应用型高校建设试点学科。

境内外知名学者就会计与财务研究的国际经验和中国实践的主题进行主会场演讲；

第二部分：分会场研讨；时间：2019年6月23日下午13：00-16:30；地点：松江校区序伦大楼5楼会议室（具体见现场指示牌）

包括分会场论文报告，并邀请境内外知名学者进行一对一点评。

征稿主题

本次学术研讨会交流语言为英文和中文。欢迎国内外财经领域学术界与实务界人士参与，诚挚邀请您不吝赐稿。本次会议征文的主题为“会计与财务研究的国际经验和中国实践”，特别欢迎针对中国本土的会计与财务重要问题，结合中国资本市场相应的制度环境与特征，运用科学方法进行探析的原创性理论研究。

报告论文的遴选

由评审委员会通过通讯评审程序，从提交的论文中遴选出学术论文进行报告、由部分主会场演讲嘉宾深度点评及研讨。

会务费、交通与住宿

免收会务费；交通与住宿自行安排，费用自理。

投稿须知

1. 论文不限于实证研究，特别欢迎具前瞻性之理论建构与创新。

2. 投稿论文应具有原创性、研究议题明确、资料正确、文献引用完整、研究方法严谨，且未曾公开发表之学术论文。

3. 投稿论文应包括：（1）首页：请使用大会提供之投稿封面，并清楚填写各字段，合著论文请注明通讯作者及联络方式；（2）次页：中英文标题、中英文摘要(各约300字)与关键词；（3）正文；（4）参考文献与图表。请使用PDF格式。

4. 投稿论文可以中文（简体）或英文撰写，字数（含图表、参考文献、附录等）不超过15,000字。论文提交一律采用E-mail投稿方式，请在征文截止日前发给会务组，文件名为“（作者姓名）论文标题”，邮件主题请注明“作者姓名+会计与财务研究的国际经验和中国实践学术研讨会”。投稿时请填写作者信息，并将作者信息置于稿件封面。

5. 论文投稿截止日期为2019年5月27日（以电子邮件发送日期为准）。入选论文作者的与会通知将于2019年6月3日前以电子邮件方式发出。

Introduction to Sponsor

Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance (SLUAF) is a reputable public university with special focus on accounting and finance. In March 2016, directed by Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce and Shanghai Finance University merged into SLUAF. Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce was established in 1928 by Pan Xulun, the founding father of China’s accounting system. The predecessor of Shanghai Finance University was Shanghai Banking School founded by People's Bank of China in 1952. SLUAF has three campuses in Songjiang, Pudong and Xuhui district, covering an area of more than 1200 acres. The school has 14 teaching experimental bases and 194 stable internship partners. Additionally, SLUAF has 15 colleges which offers 35 undergraduate majors and 1 master degree to more than 20,000 students, including 211 postgraduates, 18,321 4-year undergraduates and 525 2-year college students. In 2018, SLUAF was selected into High-level Local Application-oriented University Construction Sequence in Shanghai.

The School of Accounting is the largest school in SLUAF. It has four major fields, including Accounting, Financial Management, Assets Valuation and Auditing. Besides, it has the practical teaching department, the international project center, and the MAud Education Center. The Accounting school has more than 160 faculty members. Among the 128 professional teachers, there are 9 professors and 42 associate professors; 63 teachers with doctoral degrees and 33 teachers with master's degrees. Currently, the school has more than 200 graduates, 5,000 undergraduates, and nearly 100 junior college students. Furthermore, accounting faculty group is recognized as a “National Teaching Excellence Team” in 2011. BDO China Shu Lun Pan certified public accountants LLP, our industrial partner, is listed as a national-level college graduates internship center and Shanghai municipal teacher training center in 2012. Business Administration has been recognized as “tier-1 discipline” and “plateau discipline” by Shanghai Municipal Government in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Our accounting major has been elected as the experimental specialty in the Shanghai High-level Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Experimental Specialty Unit in 2018.

Theme of the Conference

The theme of the conference is broadly defined as “Accounting and Finance: International Experience and Application in China”. We especially encourage submission of original theoretical and empirical works that employ scientific research methods. While all the papers in broad accounting and finance fields are welcome, the conference organizers particularly welcome those papers that can integrate the common wisdom in the academic literature with the specific institutional and cultural setting of China. Both English and Chinese are working languages. The conference is open to both domestic and oversea scholars and practitioners in the fields of accounting and finance.

Selection Process

A subset of submissions will be accepted via the communication review procedure by the review committee. Accepted papers will be presented by their author(s) and discussed by a subject-matter expert.

Registration Fee, Transportation and Lodging

There is no registration fee. The participants are responsible for their own lodging and travelling expenses. The conference organizers can help participants book hotel.

Submission

1. Submissions are not limited to empirical research. We encourage theoretical innovation that is likely to generate significant impact in the future.

2. Manuscripts should be unpublished original academic paper with clearly defined research topic, correct data, rigorous research method, and complete reference. All submissions are subject to blind review.

3. Submissions should include: (1) Cover page. Please use the standard cover page to provide required information.. Co-authored manuscripts should indicate the corresponding author and contact information; (2) Title-page: titles, abstract (within 300 words) and keywords;(3) Main Text of the Manuscript; (4) References, Tables & Figures/Charts. Please use PDF format.

4. Manuscripts can be written in Chinese or English, and should be limited to 15,000 words (including charts, references, appendices, etc.) maximum. Submissions should be made by E-mail before the deadline. Name your attachment as "(author's name) title of the paper”, and specify "author's name + Accounting and Finance: International Experience and Application in China " in the email subject line

5. Submission deadline is MAY 27th, 2019 (by E-mail delivery date). Email notification of acceptance will be sent out by June 3, 2019.
