About the Conference
The 2021 CIE International Conference on Radar (CIE Radar 2021) will be held on December 15-19 in Haikou, Hainan, China.CIE Radar 2021 is one of the international radar conference series which is held separately in USA, China, UK, Australia and France. The professional theme of CIE Radar 2021 is “Innovation Shapes the Future”. It is our great pleasure and honor to invite you to share the most recent ideas and achievements related to radar techniques here. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and after the conference, the presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library and be indexed by EI. We hope to meet you in Haikou, Hainan, China.

Paper Submission
Authors are required to submit a 2-4 pages preliminary paper, inclusive of figures. Electronic submission is required in PDF format and sent at the http://www.radar2021.org website.
