答：8月6日，安理会就朝鲜近期试射弹道导弹问题一致通过第2371号决议。该决议符合维护半岛及地区和平稳定、推进半岛无核化进程及维护国际核不扩散体系的目标，符合此前安理会相关决议精神，反映了安理会成员的一致立场。决议在对朝采取新措施的同时也强调，制裁措施应避免对决议未禁止的经济活动与合作、粮食援助和人道主义援助等安理会未禁止活动造成负面影响。决议重申维护朝鲜半岛和东北亚和平与稳定，呼吁以和平、外交和政治方式解决问题，支持恢复六方会谈，并且强调有关各方应当采取措施降低半岛紧张局势。
A: On August 6, the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted Resolution 2371 in relation to the issue of the DPRK's latest ballistic missile tests. This resolution serves the objective of safeguarding peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and in the region, advancing the denuclearization process on the Korean Peninsula and upholding the international non-proliferation regime. It is also consistent with the spirit of the previous relevant Security Council resolutions and reflects the unanimous position of its members. While imposing new sanctions on the DPRK, the resolution also stresses that the sanction measures should avoid negatively affecting economic activities and cooperation that are not prohibited by the resolution as well as activities that are not prohibited by the Security Council, including food and humanitarian aids. The resolution reaffirms upholding peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and in Northeast Asia, calls for a settlement through a peaceful, diplomatic and political means, supports the resumption of six-party talks and stresses that relevant parties should take measures to deescalate the tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
当前半岛形势复杂敏感，中方呼吁有关国家保持克制，为缓和半岛紧张局势，妥善解决半岛问题作出积极努力。中方始终主张半岛问题应坚持通过对话协商解决。我们为此提出了关于朝鲜暂停核导活动和美韩两国暂停大规模联合军演“双暂停”倡议、实现朝鲜半岛无核化和建立半岛和平机制“双轨并行”思路。这是客观公正、合情合理的方案。我们呼吁国际社会支持上述倡议，为解决朝鲜半岛问题开辟现实途径。这也是安理会第2371号决议的精神。
At present, the situation on the Korean Peninsula remains complex and sensitive. China calls on relevant countries to remain restrained and make positive efforts to ease the tensions and properly resolve the Korean Peninsula issue. China has always maintained that the Korean Peninsula issue should be settled through dialogue and negotiation. To this end, we have put forward the "suspension for suspension" proposal,which calls for the suspension of nuclear and missile activities by the DPRK and the suspension of massive military exercises by the US and the ROK, and the "dual-track" approach which aims to promote parallel progress in achieving denuclearization and the establishment of a peace mechanism on the Peninsula. The proposals are objective, fair, reasonable and legitimate. We call on the international community to support the above-mentioned proposals and find a feasible way out for the Korean Peninsula issue. This also echoes the spirit of the Security Council Resolution 2371.
