This roundtable aims to address some of the questions raised by the discretionary powers that the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court can exercise.

We will discuss with

Prof. William Schabas – Middlesex University

Mr. Rogier Bartels – ICC, Chambers

Ms. Marie O'Leary – ICC, Office of Public Counsel for the Defence

Ms. Marie-Hélène Proulx – Defence Lawyer

Dr. Rod Rastan – ICC, Office of the Prosecutor.

The event will be introduced by Prof. Jan Wouters (KU Leuven) and moderated by Ms. Diletta Marchesi (KU Leuven).
