Matin Qaim 当选国际农经学会主席

Dear IAAE Members,

On behalf of the IAAE Board, I am pleased to announce the results of the recent on-line elections for the IAAE Board of Directors for 2021-2024.

The successful candidates were:

President Elect: Matin Qaim

Members-at-Large: Tahirou Abdoulaye, Jill McCluskey and Wendy J. Umberger

These new members will be joining President Uma Lele  (currently President-Elect), Past President Nick Vink (currently President), and Stephan von Cramon-Taubadel (who was re-elected as Secretary-Treasurer) to form the Board from the end of the upcoming virtual conference.  

Congratulations to our newly elected Board members, and our most sincere thanks to all candidates for running and providing our members with such difficult choices!  And thank you very much to everyone who voted.

All members of the current and incoming Boards will be online in the upcoming conference and eager to discuss your ideas for the future of the IAAE with you.
