史学大师陈寅格有句名言：“华夏民主之文化，历数千载之演进，造极与赵宋之世。”清晰地表明了宋文化是中国古代文化的最高峰，超越了汉、唐盛世，犹如一座巍峨的金字塔，高高的塔尖最引人瞩目。所以研宋之美，可得华夏美学真谛。

“入则宁静，出则繁华”前场开阔的广场迎宾空间结合阵列的灯柱，强调迎宾的仪式感与礼遇感，彰显入口的尊贵与大气。简约仪感片墙像两扇大门，墙头的玻璃犹如门扉，大门缓缓打开，入园大堂宋式坡屋顶建筑映入眼帘、前广场的静水面倒影倒影建筑，映衬出入园大堂的大气，两侧跌级水景、涌泉和景墙的递进关系增强礼序之感，营造出礼序尊享的归家体验感。

运用水榭廊架、水景置石以及特殊植物组团等设计要素表现，打造诗情画意的会客空间，景观设计语言采用曲直手法渗透至园区内部各处，优雅不失庄重，营造强烈的归属感。

走出大堂，通往后场空间的转折处，设置精美的小跌水瀑布，空间的转换，步移景异的景观效果，跌瀑结合特色点景树，营造静中有动，动中有静的空间感受。Out of the lobby, it leads to the turning point of the space in the back field, and sets up a beautiful small falling waterfall. 特色植物组团与五角枫林夹道，层级的草花、地被打造出舒适、静谧的归家体验感。走过枫林夹道，来到样板间的廊架空间，精致的金属廊架，让客户对本项目的品质有进一步的感受，印象渐入佳境，引导客户情绪慢慢的憧憬和向往，带给客户精致私密的“家”空间。Flanked by a cluster of featured plants and pentagonal maple forests, the grass and flowers and ground cover create a comfortable and quiet feeling of returning home. Walk through fenglin alley, and come to the gallery space of the model room. The exquisite metal gallery allows customers to have a further feeling of the quality of the project, and their impression gradually gets better. It guides customers' emotional longing and yearning, and brings customers a delicate and private "home" space.
廊架端头的流水景石，增加场景的趣味感，犹如诗情画意般的生活场景。

在当前时代进程高速发展、生活模式趋向于复杂化的环境下，封闭繁忙的工作和社交媒体的繁荣使得许多交往方式产生了障碍。人与人之间交流的时间和空间变得越来越零散且狭窄，关系变得熟悉却又陌生。在设计中，传承“新宋风文化”，对中国传统园林进行现代手法的重塑。打造出独具一格的兼有中式内核现代新中式风格。
