招聘岗位


企业秘书培训生

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist in corporate secretarial & administrative matters;

  • To conduct research and collection on information/data/policies/laws for corporate secretarial issues;

  • Filling, update, maintain as well as take custody of all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents;

  • To correspond with authorities/ third agent in connection with corporate secretarial issues for clients;

  • To draft all kinds of government application papers and letters for clients;

  • To arrange and take minutes for regular internal meeting;

  • To support in typing, preparation and updating of documentations with regards to corporate assignments such as change of Directors/Shareholders, authorized signatory and other ad-hoc projects etc;

  • Other daily housekeeping and administrative works such as filing, photocopying, delivery, typing etc.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in law (ICSA preferred), Business Administration or English is needed; but working experience is not a must;

  • Confident and experience in liaising with government department will be an advantage, but not essential;

  • Excellent communication, efficient, diligent and responsible in following up on outstanding matters;

  • Good knowledge, understanding and experience in company legislation, corporate secretarial procedures, regulatory codes and compliance requirements;

  • Meticulous & able to work independently

  • Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, CET 6 above.

会计培训生


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in prepare clients' monthly vouchers and financial report;

  • Assist in prepare bank reconciliation sheet and report package for clients’ monthly closing;

  • Assist in bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and punctuality of daily bookkeeping and cash flow record for clients;

  • Assist in processing monthly tax declaration including VAT, individual income tax, corporate income tax etc. for clients;

  • Coordinate and arrange daily cash expenditure and bank transaction;

  • Other ad hoc assignments.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in finance, accounting or related disciplines is needed, working experience is not a must;

  • CPA or ACCA holder is an advantage;

  • Good command of English and computer skills; CET 6 above;

  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

人力资源薪酬培训生

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work collaboratively with senior(s) in preparation of payroll information data, benefits and its administration of social insurance, housing fund etc.; for clients

  • To assist senior(s) with IIT related matters and related administration works: maintenance of clients’ HR database, including salary movement such as new appointment, transfer, bonus, increment, promotion and other related works;

  • Preparation of payroll standard reports and applicable tax filing forms for clients;

  • To assist and support seniors in various areas of salary administration and record keeping for clients;

  • To correspond with authorities/clients in connection with social wealth benefits contribution (Shanghai and other provinces).

  • Personal visit to relevant tax bureau / social benefit center for clarification of unresolved issues.

  • Required to assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting, Human Resource is needed, but working experience is not a must;

  • Numerical sensitive and detail-minded;

  • Conversant with prevailing Labor Law and related legislation is an advantage;

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English; CET 6 above;

  • Proficiency in MS office.

人力资源实习生

岗位职责:

  • 筛选简历,联系候选人;

  • 各招聘渠道的日常维护;

  • 协助招聘活动的开展;

  • 招聘相关资料的整理。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,专业不限,大四/大三在读; 

  • 一周可工作4天以上,连续工作3个月及以上为佳;

  • 基本的英语沟通,书写能力;

  • 热情开朗,诚实守信。

  • 实习薪资120元/天,不可转正
