You may have noticed that when you walk into most restaurants or offices these days you are asked to scan a simple QR code, which confirms your recent travel history. In order to assure the safety of our patients, staff, and community, we too are requesting all visitors to the Hospital or our Satellite Clinics scan the QR code, which is managed by the three major Chinese phone companies. There is no need to provide any specific identifying information at this moment, other than your phone number. Please follow the instructions below when accessing this service at the Hospital or Satellite Clinics.
Frequently Asked Questions1. Is BJU open? Are regular services being provided? Yes, the Main Hospital services, including outpatient, inpatient, family medicine, surgery, and dental, are operating as normal, including our 24 hour fever clinic and Emergency room. For regular appointments, the Hospital and Satellite Clinics are open from Monday to Sunday 9 AM to 6 PM. Please note that there is no fever screening clinic at the Satellite Clinics. Patients with a fever must be seen as the Main Hospital.

You must make an appointment prior to coming to the Hospital or Satellite Clinics, unless it is an emergency.When you arrive for your appointment, please be aware of the following:- Bring a valid identification card (ID or Passport)
- Bring your appointment confirmation message
- Scan the QR code upon arrival at the Hospital or Satellite Clinic
- Arrive 15-30 minutes early to fill out the COVID-19 screening form
2. Can someone come with me to my outpatient appointment?
For children under one year of age, 2 people are allowed to accompany the child. For all other patients, only one person is allowed during the outpatient appointment. Restricted visiting hours are also in place at this time.
Visitors will also need to be aware of the above mentioned process when arriving at the Hospital or Satellite Clinics. They will be required to scan the QR code, bring valid identification, and arrive early to fill out the COVID-19 screening form.
