中共中央、国务院近日发布《知识产权强国建设纲要（2021-2035年）》。《纲要》提出，到2025年，知识产权保护更加严格，社会满意度达到并保持较高水平，知识产权市场价值进一步凸显；到2035年，我国知识产权综合竞争力跻身世界前列。
China released a 15-year plan (2021-2035) on the development of intellectual property rights (IPR) power. The plan, which demands stricter IPR protection, a high level of public satisfaction, and greater market value of IPR by 2025, was released by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. By 2035, China's IPR competitiveness will rank among the top in the world, says the guideline.

President Xi Jinping on Sept 21 proposed a Global Development Initiative in steering global development toward a new stage of balanced, coordinated and inclusive growth in face of the severe shocks of COVID-19. "We must revitalize the economy and pursue more robust, greener and more balanced global development," Xi said in his statement delivered via video at the general debate of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

近期，国内部分地区报告新冠肺炎散发病例，广东、浙江以及河南省将从本月起开始新冠疫苗加强针接种工作，以加强民众的免疫力。第三针接种将面向已完成两剂次灭活疫苗接种6个月以上的18-59岁人群。
Guangdong, Zhejiang and Henan provinces will start administering booster doses of vaccine to residents this month to strengthen their immunity to COVID-19 as sporadic outbreaks are reported in some parts of China. Those targeted for a third dose are people aged 18 to 59 who received two doses of inactivated coronavirus vaccine at least six months ago, authorities said.
