教育部近日印发通知，部署在12个省市区建立教育部基础教育综合改革实验区。教育部将指导推动实验区围绕“双减”等重大任务，全面推进基础教育高质量发展。
China will establish pilot zones for comprehensive reform of basic education in 12 provincial-level regions, the Ministry of Education said. The building of the pilot zones in the designated regions will be focused on advancing high-quality development of education, which entails major tasks such as easing the academic burden on students undergoing compulsory education, said the ministry.
